Today I spoke with Nicola Rogers ( accounts) who was able to renew my contract. I explained our current situation and she gave me 4 other price comparisons, and this helped me verify our current supplier is the cheapest. She was very friendly, with excellent rapport skills.

Like many companies. The quality of staff varies. Nicola was excellent however, totally changing my previous impression of the company.

Agent 'Nicola Rogers' friendly and helpful and the 5* is on that alone.
However whole process of being hounded by calls in frustrating not just by this company but all of them. It was only pure luck and chance that Utility Hive got to do the agreement (nothing to do with them as a business) as they called at a time when I hadn't been hounded by a load of calls. at least its done now and i can hopefully not have to endure all the phone calls again - well at least for another two years.
