I originally ordered Champagne Glasses splashback through Ebay but due to Brexit paperwork order was delayed and when eventually arrived in England shipping company lost before Vaartglass received which I saw proof of. Their communication to me during this time was excellent and I was refunded immediately by them without having to raise an ebay dispute. I waited a few weeks and after having checked other suppliers and finding them more expensive decided to email Vaartglass direct to check on availability. I ordered less than 2 weeks ago and Brexit paperwork problems now seem to have been sorted and I received the splashback today. I love it and it was well worth my wait. Thank you both for your excellent communicationand quality product

I received the item broken , but a replacement was sent within a week and it was lovely. Good communication and transaction with the seller. Thumbs up.

Had total refund due to delivery problems caused by covid no problems Violetta and Art where very helpful and considerate thank you.

After a very bad start (due to customs problems), we finally received our custom made induction hob protectors. We had initially ordered standard size ones off the website but after waiting several weeks and not receiving the parcel, I emailed to cancel. Just before emailing however, I noticed that they do custom made pieces and asked if we could reorder in a large size which they were happy to do and that the new custom made item would come from their UK site and therefore not face the same import problems my first order had. I received that order within two weeks and we are really happy. As it was a larger size, we found the edges to be a bit flimsy as the plastic stoppers were used on the corners, there was no support. However, after an email to Violetta, and the price of postage only to be covered, I received further rubber stoppers today and my boards are now stable and fit perfect. Thank you, your boards have finished off my new kitchen perfectly.

We have just received our customised Splashback and would like to say how pleased we are with the quality and the prompt delivery. It was very easy to order online and VA Glass were very thorough checking the size and pattern with us throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to order another item from this Company.

We ordered a glass picture of Sunset on the Sea. The order was delayed, but this seemed to be failure on Hermes part. It eventually arrived two weeks late, but it is absolutely stunning, colours are so vivid. Good communication as well.

Do not part with any money to this chip shop business, they send made up tracking numbers and delay delivery for 2 months, they send multiple items all separately so they can fool you using different couriers, 2 out of my 3 items arrived fine, but in the end eBay had to refund me the 3rd, not these muppets,

I ordered the waterlily oven hob cover. There were lots of designs to choose from and this one fit perfectly for my kitchen. I ordered just before the new year but there was a delay with the stock coming into the UK. It was expected after all the news media coverage. Violetta at VA Art-Glass has been very helpful throughout tracking my order and then arranged to have a replacement delivered from within the UK. Customer Service has been excellent and I'm now the very proud owner of my new oven hob cover which arrived in pristine condition!

Received my Wine glass hob covers today and they are fabulous and well worth the money!! Had a bit of a delay due to Covid/Brexit but communication was first class and they were well worth the wait! Would definitely recommend and use again!
