I found Vacation Ownership Consultants on line after enough of the payments of the timeshare we should have not purchased.
They were very informative and professional from the first call received.
Told us exactly what the payment covered and what we needed to supply them to get started.
They informed us it could take up to a year to complete the transaction but ours was completed within four months.
I would recommend this Company to anyone trying to get out of their payments and maintenance fees and taxes of a timeshare.

From the first contact with Vacation Ownership Consultants (VOC), we were put a ease, and they made us feel very comfortable with the process.
We had a bad experience with a different timeshare release company, and were apprehensive.....at first. That soon changed as everyone we communicated with made us feel at ease. Everyone handled the process professionally, and were very friendly. I contacted Customer Relations several times by phone, and e-mail. Wendy was always there to handle my questions, or respond to my requests. Thanks so much to VOC for handling our timeshare release so quickly.

I found out about Vacation Ownership Consultants from watching a YouTube video on how to get rid of your timeshare. I decided to give them a call. Let me make one thing clear very fast just in case you decide not to read all of my review...., if your desire is to get rid of your timeshare contact VOC, they will get the job done...end of story! Now at this point there is no way I can remain CALM about sharing the experience that I had with all of the staff at VOC. Wendy is my favorite because she kept me informed every step of the way. This company is NO JOKE. They REALLY delivered an amazing outcome for us and their prices (price is based on YOUR case so there is NO way I can tell you what you will pay) are very affordable compared to the mess we got ourselves in. They even have payment options!!! Every question I asked which were a lot, they had answers for. VOC NEVER rushed us to make a decision to use their services which gave us a greater sense of peace with making the choice to use them. I can understand why now, there is no reason to rush a person when you know you are good at the service you offer AND you know you will get the job done. I ended up telling them LOOK I do not need anymore time to think about this. For crying out loud.... Let's do this and oh they SURE did. It was a grand day when my caller ID displayed VOC number and Wendy congratulated us on no longer being owners of the timeshare. If I could of hugged Wendy though the phone I would have. FINALLY the RELIEF we needed. (just keeping it REAL) Please understand I'm not a PAID actor, my family and I are as REAL as it gets. We got ourselves in a financial MESS sitting at that timeshare presentation table just like I'm sure you did since you are reading this review. I couldn't believe how short of a time frame it took to get it done (do FULLY understand each case is different). I called VOC on July 13. 2018 to ask questions about their services and I kid you not by Sept 21, 2018 we no longer owned the timeshare. God knows we were happy about this because we got out of it BEFORE it was time to pay another maintenance and tax bill. Listen to me VOC is hand done AMAZING. VOC delivers! The entire process was 116 days from initial conversation to receiving the final filed transfer documents. Ray Reese and Wendy Draskovic were instrumental in terminating ownership in our "fee magnet" timeshare. I would recommend VOC to anyone needing a timeshare terminated.

Found this company at our Home Show in Tucson, Az. Have been looking to get rid of several time shares for several years. Tried a couple of companies that never delivered. Personally interviewed the personal at this companies location in Phoenix, Az. Came away feeling good about the them. After reviewing their info. and searching the internet about them, we decided to give them a try. Great decision. With their lawyers contacting our time share companies, success has already come. I'd recommend going with this company as their record of success precedes them.

VOC staff showed customer excellence and help us through the entire process of selling our timeshare. I would highly recommend VOC when you want to sell your timeshare.

My wife and I hired VOC to terminate our contract with two timeshare properties. We were paying out over $2,000 each year for the maintenance fees. VOC was able to sell the properties to other people and have filed the quit claims to remove our involvement with the timeshare entities. We figured it was better to extricate ourselves from the annual maintenance fees by hiring VOC with a 2+ years 'cost balance' of zero $0. We are happy that the paying of maintenance fees is behind us.

I am now free and clear of any encumbered responsibility and the professional legal help did exactly as advertised and assured legal help was always available and forthcoming. VOC was our last hope in getting out of our timeshare. We had reviewed other options, but the independent reviews revealed that these were seldom effective, despite the cost. VOC told us exactly what they could do for us, and what we could expect throughout the entire process, and everything they told us was precisely as they said. We would recommend VOC to our family and friends, and to anyone whose timeshare has become an albatross around their necks.

VOC got us out of the timeshare with Calypso Cay. They were very friendly and super efficient. They delivered what they promised in a timely manner. They made the whole process painless and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get out of a timeshare contract.

VOC got me out of my timeshare. It's was way too easy!! I went to their office and signed all the papers. They were very reassuring that it would work out well and they were legitimate. She said I should get a letter in about 6-8 months indicating I was released. And that indeed happened. I have no more Admin fees and after the first year, I will have recouped any additional expense paid by me or my descendants. They were great!!

Vacation Ownership Consultants did an excellent job and getting us out of our timeshare. it took about 6 months.It worked out fine and now we have no more hassles with maintenance fees or phone calls from the resort.

I encountered Vacation Ownership Consultants at a home show here in Tucson in October of 2016. I was skeptical as I had wanted to be rid of my timeshare for a number of years but found only "fake" businesses. I was impressed with what they had to say and, in the long run, they did exactly what they said would. By October of 2017 we were free and clear of our timeshare. Because our timeshare company was small it took a little longer than we might have expected.

I wanted to get out of a timeshare I had with GEVC, powered by RCI points system. I had the membership for 10 years and rarely used it due to difficulty in finding quality properties to use in the time periods that worked for my family.
It took about 6 months from signing up for VOC's (Vacation Ownership Consultants) services to getting final notice that GEVC accepted my surrender of membership. GEVC took the timeshare back and released me from any and all future liability, concluding that it was in their best interest to do so due to VOC's efforts and by my steadfast refusal to pay.
I had received calls and mail from other companies offering the same service as VOC offered. I knew I should look into this, but I procrastinated. I came across VOC representatives at a home and garden show and set up an appointment with them. I had to bring the details of my timeshare membership to the appointment so that VOC knew exactly what they would be dealing with. At the meeting the process was outlined, the fee for services was revealed and I was assured that it wouldn't be a problem to get me out of the timeshare. I had relatively low annual maintenance dues with GEVC and annual membership points fees for RCI. The cost of VOC's service was about 4-5 times my annual dues/fees. I don't know how this price compares to others out there, but I decided this was worth the cost if they could get me out of a lifetime of annual dues/fees. I can say that the whole process was quite easy. The bottom line, I got what I was after, no more annual costs for something I didn't use. Big thanks to VOC.
