I cannot recommend salvina enough. She went completely above and beyond for me — spending so much time tirelessly searching for places, communicating back and forth, negotiating on my behalf, and genuinely caring about finding the right fit instead of just rushing the process.

She was patient, responsive, honest, and incredibly supportive the entire time. I truly felt like she was advocating for me every step of the way. In a process that can normally feel stressful and overwhelming, she made me feel taken care of and prioritized.

WARNING: Unprofessional Conduct & Unresolved Refund
I booked an apartment in Greece through Saga Vacation for 10 weeks this winter and paid a booking fee to secure the reservation. Shortly after, the booking was cancelled — leaving me out of pocket.
Since early December, I have repeatedly requested a refund of €600. Despite receiving 8–9 promises of repayment, they have consistently failed to follow through, offering poor excuses each time. To date, I have only received €200 of the €600 owed to me.

This has been going on for months. And again 10 days ago I was PROMISED, that it would be sorted within 10 days, and that did not happen. The lack of accountability and the pattern of broken promises is deeply unprofessional and, in my view, unacceptable from any legitimate business.

I strongly advise others to think twice before paying any fees upfront to this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect a straightforward or timely resolution.

At first I thought thta they were fake, but they helped me find a good appartment the same day. I am happy with their help.

The company charged me money but failed to provide the promised documents and services. Despite multiple requests, they did not issue a proper invoice for the payment, which raises serious concerns about their business practices.

Additionally, they collected and processed my personal data during the transaction process but have not responded adequately to requests for clarification or resolution. As a consumer in the EU, this raises potential GDPR concerns.

Because of the lack of transparency, failure to deliver the promised documentation, and refusal to resolve the issue or refund the payment, I have been forced to file complaints with consumer protection authorities and data protection regulators.

I hope the company will take responsibility and resolve this matter, but until then I cannot recommend their services.

If you are considering using VacationSaga, make sure you verify all documentation and payment protections beforehand.

J'ai payé une prestation pour que ma maison soit publiée chez VACATION SAGA. Malgré mes inombrables mails, JAMAIS ma maison n'a été publié, et JAMAIS ils ne m'ont contacté APRES le paiement, aprés avoir été HARCELEE pendant 3 mois !!!!! Ce sont des escocs...

It's not easy to find an apartment, as a foreigner and without any Greek knowledge... Thankfully, the support and options made the process smooth and assuring.
