I brought and tried there products last year I was really happy with not only the auto products but there household items too ,I recommend when people saw some of them the wheel cleaner in particular was superb , now you have to buy huge bulk disappointing to see this on the hunt for elsewhere recommendations welcome valet chemist sort this out you'll be out of business

I had been a repeat customer of valet chem for a couple of years..recommending their products to family and friends and leaving many 5* reviews. Valet Chem has now rewarded loyal independent customers by becoming a bulk orders only company. After building up a good reputation through customers like myself they have now decided we're not required anymore and refuseto sell unlessthe order is £350 or more..I had recommended another supplier for detailers to try but valet chem reported me to trust pilot and it was removed

I've bought from Valet Chem on several occasions spending upto £80 at a time and leaving 5* reviews now I find you can only buy if you spend £350+. Nice way to treat loyalty. I'll be loyal to their competitors now.. well done Valet Chem marketing department

I used to buy from here as a personal customer and only needed one bottle of each item. Unfortunately, they’ve now moved to bulk-only purchases with a £350 minimum spend, which makes it impossible for someone like me to continue ordering. To make things worse, my previous honest reviews about this change were deleted. It’s disappointing because I really valued this site before.”

Company closed its doors to small business. There’s no way I or any other sole trade valeter is capable of buying 12 of the same product or 25 litres of each of your products for the whole of your range - absolutely nonsense

You also still illegally sell acid and chemical concentrations well above the explosives and poisons precursor cut off and you don’t display any warning or indication that you do anything to help the security of the country when it comes to EPP licence items. You also never ask for an EPP licence when selling chemicals above these legal limits.

I’ve ordered several times before for various valet items and the products are meh - mediocre but at an okay price point. Now you no longer have that spark that keeps your name up there 😂

It’s terrible that it’s only bulk buy now I’ve been a very loyal customer over the years , now I can’t buy anything,why they did this and completely neglect customers like myself is unbelievable and completely stupid, any type of custom is better than nothing especially in over saturated market , looks like my money will be going to one of the rivals instead

The website when down for an good few months for change and this is the worse thing they have done now leaving the personal use buys to lose out on there products

Was reluctant as I saw the negative reviews but thought I’d chance it and glad I did thanks to the comment which said ordering systems were sorted earlier this year.

Would love it if I could also order citric acid, sodium percarbonate and sodium bicarbonate from here too.

The weedkiller did nothing and provided all proof and will be provided here with picture too. After spraying chemical all over weed and driveway. It did nothing to it after even 36hours ! Don’t waste your money

I ordered both the interior and exterior packages; the products are of excellent quality and are cost-effective. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Wet sealant works wonders! Michaela from Valet Chem has been most helpful in answering all my questions, including clarifying the dilution ratios for some of their products. I can also confirm that I have experienced no delivery issues, contrary to some other customer comments. As a repeat customer, I have always received my orders within the expected timeframe. I highly recommend to all.

Simply, Michaela could not have done more ..
After the "instructions on the containers "refer to data sheet" not with the goods, I wrote to request & further for their recommended dilution ratio.
Brilliant .. by way of the response, speed & content.
I must say .. I did this after receiving a "thankyou for your order" mail ie. info@ ... simply hit the reply tab & ... a reply ! None of this "not monitored" & spending time trying to contact (as is mostly the norm with many) The "system" is broken. Not here, what a breath of fresh air. Yes, you probably guessed ...... & come highly recommended, without doubt.

Ordered a paint stripper and it’s next level stupidly impressed it’s stripped alloy wheels that even efx wouldn’t strip at 1/4 of the price can’t recommend these guys good customer service as well

Psrvel is out for delivery today. The lady I spoke to (Michaela) via email and over the phone was amazing! Her customer service and attention to detail was wonderful. Any queries I had she would respond promptly, also went the extra mile to keep an eye on the tracking for me aswell to keep me updated. Brilliant company, fantastic customer service 10/10 ⭐

Now Valet Chem is using a different courier the delivery is vastly improved. The quality of the chemicals is very good and effective. The discounts are extremely encouraging and worth considering.

I have to be honest, like others, having seen the reviews I was reluctant to buy but I had to give them a go. The pet shampoo was fantastic and the pet deodoriser smelt fantastic and did the job. Can’t recommend enough.
