I have used a wide range of car detailing products and Bilt Hamber are by far my favourite across the board. Superb performance and good value for money. Cannot see myself using anything else going forward.

Ordered car wax cost £16-95 confirmed order then postage price appeared on screen £5-95 thats 35.9% of purchase price. Tried to cancel order but no reply.
Checked independent sellers on other web sites selling the same product for £17-50 with free postage. Beware !

Have been using Bilt Hamber for a little while now, and I love their products. There Rust killer is magic, their snow foam and pre Wash are superb, and their wheel and screen cleaners are the best I have ever used. Whats not to like. They are even, not that expensive. I used AutoGlym for years, but I will stay with Built Hamber products, they just work better than all the others. If i had to mention a down point, the wheel cleaner absolutely stinks, but hay ho, it works well so who cares,

This is probably the best car detailing brand for certain chemicals, such as pre-wash, all-purpose cleaners, glass cleaners, wheel cleaners. You should follow the manufacturer's instructions and for Auto-foam, I would say leaving the dwell time to just few minutes is adviseable, especially in warm weather. I found that it did slightly stain the black gloss plastic door/window trim of my Audi A3 hatchback when I left it to soak for 15-20 minutes. No issues if left for sub-5 minutes and it does an excellent job of removing grime in this amount of time.

Excellent cleaning results using this product with a Karcher K4 pressure washer and foam nozzle. Definitely superior to the Diamondbrite product supplied with the car. Straightforward product packaging and doesn’t smell like a fruit orchard or sweet shop. Expensive, but well worth the money!

Bilt Hamber Auto foam damaged the plastic front trim on Mercedes GLC panoramic roof. The trim had no issues prior to use. BH suggests vehicle manufacturer at fault for poor quality plastics (6 year old GLC). Product label safe to use on vehicles yet the fact is it damaged both my cars. Shocking company!

Ordered 4 items over £100 took a week to come only 3 in the box with 0 packaging to keep things secure or safe enquired about a brush on the auto wheel picture at the time I stated I was missing a item got told it’s with the 1L and not the 5L missing isn’t clear unless you delve into the drop down menus at the bottom of the page anyway another 6 days later the missing item turned up without a microfibre or a £2 brush etc as a sorry for messing up and taking so long to deliver a simple order products are good but bilt hamber are useless in my opinion will be using a third party from now on to avoid them

I have useda few items in the BH lineup and always worked well. Recently taken receipt of the Dynax UB to treat the underside of my car for the winter months.

The UB arrived quicker than expected and it was easy to apply. A great way to protect the subframe and underbody parts of the car.

First class service from just received my first order within a couple of days products easy to use with premium results

There customer service for the US is absolute GARBAGE!!!!

I have sent them numerous of emails asking questions about some of there products since FEBRUARY of this year and they NEVER REPLIED BACK TO ME!!!!!

I'm just a normal Joe in the bi-weekly car / bike cleaning routine and I've found the Bilt Hamber products are absolutely fantastic and are 2nd to none. I had to reach out to Bilt Hamber via email for advice on their superb product, Touch-on and its use on matte paint finish. I got a detailed and specific reply within 24hrs... from no other than Pete Hamber himself! (The founder, director and owner) Now if that's not fantastic personable customer service, I don't know what is! I truly felt honoured. I don't really use any other car cleaning products except Bilt Hamber as they are just the best out there but this level of customer care just tops the cake.

Sad to report a rather disturbing & “somewhat bumptious” response today from a Bilt Hamber female representative - from a hitherto highly regarded & wonderful manufacturer of class-leading automotive chemical products of whom I have rightly appreciated as a market leader for many years now. Peter Hamber has always been so courteous & helpful on the very rare occasions that I have previously been in need of some brief product advice over the past 10 years or. So terribly disappointing, but never mind.

Apparently Rated as one of the best and is not cheap.
Have just done one side of my car with their foam after following instructions to the letter and the other half with the last bit of very cheap foam I last purchased and there is no difference between the two

Brilliant products and fantastic service, what more could you want? I will use Bilt Hamber products wherever possible from now on and recommend you do the same..
