Good quality soil, delivered efficiently. Carrot mix especially looks good.

I chose this company as it offered 48 hour delivery - the website was clear that ordering before 10am Monday to Friday meant a delivery the next day. An extra fee was charged in advance for this. I should have received my delivery on Tuesday and after numerous calls and emails and eventual escalation to the customer service manager, it arrived on Friday lunchtime. The service from the customer help line was awful - didn’t know what was on their own website, didn’t come back to you when they said they would and basically left you totally unsure of when you might receive the delivery. Without the threat of a complaint and the interception of the customer service manager the soil would not have even have arrived on the Friday. There was even a suggestion at one point that I should contact the delivery company myself. Very disappointing and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company.

Super happy with the quality of the turf and the delivery. Only thing I wish was different is the amount you can order. I had six left over because if I have ordered 15 it would have been cutting it too close but 20 I knew would be too many. Felt like a real waste, luckily I managed to talk my neighbor into having them but it would be great to order only the amount I actually needed rather than having to round up to the nearest five.

Ordered 750kg of top soil seven days ago. Got an email on Friday night saying it would be delivered by Pallet Ways rather than Valley themselves per their receipt. There was no tracking information given by Valley so I couldn't chase it and Valley don't answer the phone. I see a pallet delivery as inappropriate for bulk soil, even if the order had been delivered, which it hasn't

Extremely poor service and no apparent customer service. Our delivery date was booked on line but didn’t arrive. They wouldn’t take our calls and when they did they promised to call us back but never did. We had to resort to texting our problems but the replies were extremely vague. Don’t bother with the number on the webpage and it is an message service only and no one takes your call.

They rely heavily on a haulage called Palletways who don’t give or guarantee delivery days or times and quite frankly don’t have a clew about logistics.

Will not use again nor will I recommend either company to anyone, even people I don’t like.

Dreadful experience for delivering three bags of top soil and we have to dispose of the pallets and trade named bags. When asked they recommended we simply leave them on the pavement which to me is condoning fly tipping which is of course illegal.

Prompt, no fuss delivery. Quality product. Will be using them again without a doubt.

Fabulous. We’ve just had a large delivery of topsoil that was like ‘black gold’… absolutely gorgeous. The service and friendliness has been top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. In fact, based on this experience, they’ll get our business for many years to come.

Easy to deal with, great product and a very fair delivery price. Everything turned up on time as promised and the driver was very helpful too. Will use Valley every year for buying garden mulch.

Easy transaction. Good service. Good topsoil.

A few more lumps and stones than I was expecting

The product was fine but the delivery firm left the bags at the bottom of drive and I had asked specifically for a smaller truck to be able to get up the drive and leave their load in a more convenient place.

Not happy my wife and daughter had to help get my soil off the truck because the company only sent 1 person to deliver the soil and told him there was people to help him and and fork lift truck waiting for him.....I would never use them again

Ordered two bags of topsoil, ordering process was simple. The soil was great, grass is growing well on it.
Delivery is another story. Ordered with promised delivery on chosen date. Didn’t arrive until 5 days later. Sent an email to complain and never got a reply. So will not buy from here again.
