Switched to Valoris Energy about 18 months ago after a recommendation from a neighbour, and it's one of the best decisions we've made. Their rates are genuinely competitive — we've noticed a real difference in our bills — and any time we've had a question, their customer service team has been responsive and helpful.

No hidden fees, no nasty surprises. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to make a change.

Couldn't ask for better

Caution Required when dealing with Valoris Energy. They are a white labelled supplier, and at present aren't registered as a Energy supplier with OFGEM and aren't part of a TPI ADR scheme and dont have a copy of the complaints procedure on the website. This could mean understanding how to raise a complaint difficult.

I have left this review after receiving cold calls to numbers which was are TPS registered and believe to be data stolen from a supplier (as our number and the site asked was only ever provided together to a different organisations to arrange a meter connection).

The 5* review left has been left by someone with the same name as made the cold call to me (could be coincidence though).

The rates are excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. It is truly refreshing to experience such a high level of service from a supplier. I will certainly recommend this to others.
