Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear there is a problem with your lamp. The issue you have reported to us is quite common if you haven't assembled the lamp correctly. Please can you ensure that your shade is securely locked into place on your lamp using the shade locking ring supplied, once you have done this you can then fit your bulb and the lamp should work correctly for you. Ensuring that the shade is secured down with its locking ring before the bulb is fitted will ensure that the connectors on the bulb will be touching the connectors on the lamp. If the shade is not fitted down correctly using its locking ring, it will cause the bulb to fail because there will be a gap between the connectors. If, after trying this, you are still having a problem then please contact our Customer Care Team using the link below and they will be able to guide you further:-
