Beware of the returns policy and costs!
Wanted to return the radiator due to not liking it. Returns policy only stated that the original cost for delivery would be deducted from refund which was not a problem until I was informed by email when I requested returning the radiator that the shipping cost the would charge me was £50!!!
My postage cost to return the radiator is £10.57 48hour delivery so how do they want £50?

Ordering was clear and easy, and confirmation was speedy. I was kept updated on the status of my order.
Parcelforce was a bit slower than expected - ordered Monday arrived Thursday.

Great product and next day delivery was a plus. Spoke to electrician to check it was suitable, he gave it the green light and I placed the order. Installed the next day!

Ordered radiator with supposedly free delivery but when item arrived was not suitable , was willing to take on return charge of £11 by a courier . Only to be advised that they would deduct £50 for delivery charge they incurred sending it ! Very misleading and maybe they should look at changing their courier service 😡
The delivery driver was a one man band in a white van not sure how he was a specialist !! And the return postage was not stated on every page and no pricing was ever stated . Very under hand included in terms and conditions a few pages in !!

Good Afternoon, apologies that you feel our returns policy is unfair but we clearly state this in our terms and conditions and delivery information on every product page.
As the radiator you purchased was over 30kg it was delivered via a specialist courier to make sure it arrvies in perfect new condition and this was deducted from your refund on receipt of the goods being returned back as a change of mind.

Third time of using
Third time of using. Good website, easy to navigate with free delivery. Minimalistic rad valves, angled, chrome. Ordered Wednesday morning delivered Thursday afternoon. Excellent. Will definitely be using again.
