Shocking product
Shocking product, shocking company ! Bought some radiator valves, they looked really nice but were that tight, you simply could not turn them. Parts broke off very easily and the company were incredibly difficult to deal with. In fact, i still have the broken radiator valves in situ as they were never replaced.
Apparently the valves are designed to be tight to avoid leaks and children turning them, try telling that to myself and two heating engineers who could not turn them.
Looking at all of the other customers that had a bad experience with "Valve Kings", I am sure it will be somebody else's fault other than theirs.
I would avoid this company and its products at all costs !!!

Apologies that you feel this way about your purchase of our chrome drain off valves. To advise, we are a supply only company and we pride ourselves on the quality and durability of our products.
As we explained via email, the fact that the parts have been broken during installation would mean they are not covered under the product guarantee. The installers should not have signed the job off and fitted the valves if this was the case. We did advise that the valves could be removed and returned to see if there was a fault with the valve body itself. As these are installed on your system i appreciate this is not easy to do but without them here for us to test we are not able to resolve.

I spent over an hour searching for this particular radiator before I located yours. It isn’t being installed until next month, however, I have unpacked it so know visually it is just what I wanted. It was well packed, so no damage in transit. The delivery was fast and on time.

Good price in the market
The TRV is working all right but it cannot totally shut down the radiator without DIY work. Size fitting of the plastic ring for adjusting the high of contact between the pin of TRV and control valve of radiator is required to make it work properly.

Shocking service please don't buy from this company !! I am going to issue a complaint to trading standards
Faulty electrical radiator ! 260. Made me call eletrian twice, buy parts for it this is a week after fitting poor response by sales team.Only might replece after I returned it , cost to me ! But blaming the fitter ! So might not get a replacement??

This was guaranteed for 10 years been fitted a week ?? I should of looked at terrible reviews , no matter what they respond with from this review will be totally false! Terrible experience !this reply is totally false if the qualified electrician had done no such thing , if refund was offered ! I would say I would leave a bad review !!! Lies again

Good Morning,
We acknowledged that you had an issue with your electric radiator and did our utmost to resolve this for you remotely.
In this instance, we believe the installer had emptied the required fluid, as you explained there was no liquid left inside the radiator when the element was installed. This has caused the premature failure of the submersible heating element.
Following multiple emails, we called you to try and resolve again and offered the option of returning the item for a full refund, despite this being an install and not supply related issue.
It was at this point the threats of negative reviews were used unless we actioned your demands. The return option is still available to you and a full refund on receipt of the item back despite the above.

Would avoid going forward, item developed fault within guarantee period
Agreed to give full refund due to faulty TRV valve then stopped replying to messages on eBay when requested return address. Having to dispute the transaction with my bank now. The guarantee they offer is not worth anything. Would avoid going forward. Unable to speak to technical if you have an issue, everything has to be done by email.

Hi Sophie,
Over a period of 2 weeks, you sent a total of 25 messages, which we responded to every technical request you made the same working day and tried to help you as best we could.
However, your heating system has an issue with a singular radiator not getting warm enough, we unfortunately did not commission your system and have tried our best to resolve the issue you believe to be with the valve.
We advised that a return should be made on the 19th of January, ebay unfortunately does not allow the input of addresses or contact information into their messaging system as it is part of their business usage policy.
However, our return address is in the public domain and you could have raised an ebay return against the order. This would have generated a returns label for the item you believed to be at fault.
Even given the poor review you have left you are still free to return the valves for a refund as advised on the 19th of January.

I'd been meaning to buy a towel rail for ages when a friend mentioned the name Valve Kings. I looked them up online and chatted to a member of staff who helped me choose the right model for my bathroom. Very happy with the result - excellent service and an excellent product!

Undelivered shower tray

Good morning,
As advised on the phone, the courier had an incident with the pallet your item was on. We unfortunately were out of stock of that model as you had had the last one in stock. A replacement was offered as we had more stock coming in at the end of the month however you declined as you needed the item the next day and accepted a refund instead which was processed the same day.
Whilst we do our best to ensure items are shipped out on time, sometimes issues like this do happen with the couriers. It was just unfortunate that we were not able to offer you a next day replacement due to the stock levels.
