Excellent product, clear advice and prompt delivery!
I couldn't expect any better!

I was really impressed to start with. Service was good, delivery prompt. I was congratulating myself on finding a decent supplier.
The part supplied did not fit my radiator, despite coming with a number of adapters. Technical support were helpful and professional but advised that I should return the goods. I then hit customer ‘service’ who insisted that there was nothing wrong with the product so therefore I had “changed my mind” = I pay return postage and they knock £6 off the refund for their original postage (as other people have found). Will any response to this review be as defensive as the others I’ve read? I won’t use them again either but you know what they say about how much easier it (should be) is to keep a customer than to get a new one.

Great service. Decent price for a good product. Customer service was on hand when I called explaining my order was a larger size so would be delivered the following day. The courier drove through adverse weather to deliver where the package so I'm a happy customer.

Ordered some smart radiator valves and found they don't work. Or rather that an extra bit of kit is needed to make them work. You wouldn't think so when they're selling them; the illustration shows your phone communicating directly with the valves. Feel I've been misled.

My dual fuel valve arrived quickly and was well packaged. It looks as if it it is good quality. I haven't actually had a chance to test it yet as my bathroom is still being refitted.

Ordered radiator valves easily via Valve Kings website, however one set came damaged. Valve Kings sent out a replacement set but only after I had to pay for and send back the faulty ones. Due to the delay in receiving the replacement set, we missed our slot with the plumber.

Ordered the gold radiator valves, delivery was quick arrived with no problems, product looks great, we haven't fitted them yet so can't comment on function at the moment but hopefully will be all good.

Items delivered 9.30 a.m. the next day. Very pleased with service.

Brought a vertical radiator at a cost of 250 pound, when the Plummer put it in the wall the one section was bent. I emailed on the Monday saying it was not satisfactory to which I was told take a photo of the packaging, I had thrown this away Iv emailed several times of which no reply. The Faulty goods act says that if a product is not as it should be & you notified within 30 days your entitled to a refund.

I am very impressed with the quality and service provided by Valve King. The items arrived very quickly and were very well packed. They were easy to fit and look great. I would certainly purchase from them again.

Product seems good but not sure about the rest. Order was due within 2 days - using APC logistics. It didn’t arrive. Called both APC and Valve Kings on Saturday morning - no answer, but we’re supposed to be open. Called APC again Monday, no answer. Called Valve Kings and CS answered and promised call back - didn’t happen BUT the part did arrive the next day. It could be that the company is good but who knows and I suspect using APC, although cheap, is not doing much for their business.

The order was placed at approx 13.45 on Friday 2 weeks ago. The 800 x 800 towel rail arrived, in Scotland, the following morning, at about 11AM. Absolutely incredible, I'll be back when I need something else.

Excellent delivery, excellent quality and looks great on bathroom wall. Will buy another one for next project
