Van Monster - Bristol Opiniones 

Absolutely shocking customer service. Had the the van end of October with a 6 month warrenty (also bought an extended 12 month warranty on top) was on the rd for 5 weeks then had several problems with it. It was then off the road for 3 months whilst the van was moved from garage to garage trying to get repairs. Also got damaged whilst at a garage so new bumper was needed. So another 3 weeks off the road. So 6 months later the vehicle is still having problems electrically. They booked me into there approved garage that has no auto electrician hope to get it sorted ‘on the cheap’. Still not sorted and now to go to a main dealer. I have lost so much working time by coming and going to various garages it’s unbelievable. Some customers will be happy with there purchase, but me for one is certainly not. Not even going to extend my warranty so I have a vehicle that has been on the rd for 6 months. Could except maybe a week or so off the road but 3 months of a 6 month warranty. Absolute diabolical company. Once they have had your money they don’t give a monkeys. Please be warned!!!!!!! Also been told today that not allowed to raise anymore issues even though I have an 18month warrenty.
UPDATE
Van was booked in again on Wednesday 22/5/2024 at the main dealer GREAT!!! it’s finally going to be sorted once and for all. Guess what !!!!!! They have replaced the key fob battery but Vanmonster did not tell them that this had already been done and wasn’t the issue!!! BACK TO SQUARE ONE!!!! Vanmonster are absolutely useless. Get ready for the next episode.
