After much searching for a new car we came across Van Monster. Very competetive and offering a good choice of vehicles...importantly for us, the one we wanted. Super efficient, honest and reliable. Initially spoke to Chris at Warrington and as first time own car buyer Sanj at Cannock (as this was closer to me) brought the car to Cannock who dealt with my enquiry was absolutely amazing with whole deal! Excellent customer service, all the staff were friendly but not pushy making for a welcoming environment. They were able to help with my queries and support me in the purchase of my new vehicle which was priced well enough that I didn't feel the need to try to haggle.

Fabulous customer service by Daniel, really felt that went the extra mile. Everything that was promised, phone calls paperwork emails etc… all arrived on time. We bought the car having only seen a video and it was as described. There was a minor issue after we received the car and it was sorted with a phone call. I would highly recommend the company to anybody.
