Un véritable parcours du combattant

Depuis 2 mois je suis toujours dans l'attente de mon nouveau filtre dual band de remplacement suite au renvoi
du premier filtre défectueux effectué en juin 2024.
Assez mécontent en général du service client Vaonis : procédure administrative incohérente qui ne va absolument pas dans le sens de la simplification et de la satisfaction client, communication indirecte uniquement par e-mails génériques (impossibilité de parler à une personne réelle), réponses par e-mail via des interlocuteurs multiples qui contredisent le réel. Suivi médiocre et laxiste du dossier et engagements non tenus.
Bref, malheureusement, un véritable parcours du combattant, une très mauvaise expérience utilisateur et une perte de temps inestimable.
Je ne pense pas acheter de nouveau sur leur site.

For 2 months I have been waiting for my new dual band replacement filter following the return
of the first defective filter in June 2024.
Quite dissatisfied in general with Vaonis customer service: incoherent administrative procedure that does absolutely nothing to simplify matters or improve customer satisfaction, indirect communication only via generic e-mails (impossible to speak to a real person), e-mail replies via multiple contacts who contradict the real thing. Poor, lax follow-up and broken commitments.
In short, unfortunately, a real obstacle course, a very bad user experience and an invaluable waste of time.
I don't think I'll be buying from their site again.

Vaonis has gone above!

Vaonis has gone above and beyond my expectations for their service regarding repairs on my telescope. When UPS lost my scope they quickly sent me a new replacement telescope. I have been very happy with how the issue was resolved. These little telescopes are fantastic!

Vespera Pro delayed because of Solar Filter

I ordered Vespera Pro back when it was first released in 2023 with an announced ship date of May 2024. Because of a production problem of solar filters, my Vespera Pro was held up until the end of June. It was finally shipped without the filter thanks to an attentive Vaonis sales rep. I'm reducing the rating by one star because I still haven't received the Solar Filter yet a month later.

Terrible customer sercice

Also ordered a Hestia after backing the Vespera. Terrible updates from the seller. No apologies for the 7-month delay so far. Awful customer service. They made more than 8 million euros with this campaign, by doing two separate campaigns, and don't care about honouring their first backers.

Awful customer service

Ordered a hestia. Never arrived. No replies to my numerous emails. Shocking customer service. Had to charge back on my credit card to get a refund. Below they make excuses about delivery problems and yet they sell them in the shops.

Vespera Passengers. GREAT!!!

I had the Vespera Passenger (limited version) since December and its just wow. The design is very VERY cool! The tracking and everything is perfect. I am very satisfied with the Vespera. But I have to say the accessories are bit over priced. Still very great company! When I needed help they responded really fast and that's great! Its also my first ever Telescope and its easy to set it up. Only 5 minutes and boom, I have an image of the Andromeda galaxy! Great to show to your friends when your having BBQ with them outside.The quality of the photos is just mind blowing. I was capturing the Ring nebula using covalENS mode and in 15 minutes I had clear, colorful image. The app Singularity is so easy to operate bc it shows you recommended galaxies/ nebulae/clusters/planets. Its is worth the money!

I pre- ordered a Vaonis Vespera pro

I pre- ordered a Vaonis Vespera pro. And was told it wouldn’t work. They were very helpful cancelling the order. However upon further research I found it would work in my area. I called, sent emails, sent customer service requests. Over and over requested the pre-order be reinstated. It took so long for anyone to get back to me that they had two price increases and now said I have to pay $1,ooo more. Because they increased the price.

Buy something else....

I have been thinking about buying the new Vespera II for 2 weeks now. I wanted to upgrade from the Seestar S50 for the larger senor in your telescope. but I really can't do it. I understand the higher price of 1590 euros, but that the telescope comes without a tripod and without a light filter for which you ask 399 euros, let alone a protective bag for the telescope that is really necessary for which you ask 169 euros. I can only come to one conclusion, that you are money grubbers and that most of these items mentioned should really have been included as standard. So shame on you and I will buy another telescope!

Produits prometteurs mais approche client déficiente

Après leur avoir rendu visite en octobre 2023 à Montpellier, un ami et moi avons passé commande, convaincus par le concept et dans un esprit de soutien au made in France. Mais les problèmes sont rapidement apparus sur le modèle Vespera, toujours pas résolus à ce jour. Le support technique est au service minimum et personnelement je n'ai jamais réussi à les joindre au téléphone pas plus que sur leur WhatsApp "pro", qui reste sans réponse. Malgré des produits apparemment prometteurs, j'ai perdu toute confiance dans cette société et nous avons annulé la pré-commande du Vespera Pro. Je suis en veille sur les produits concurrents.

Je recommande vivement à Vaonis d'améliorer leur support technique, leur suivi client et la qualité de leur communication...!

The deep sky easily accessible to all!

A unique object, aesthetic, efficient and above all easy to use.
The mosaic mode is incredible, and the possibility to use filters makes the experience even more interesting.
My other instruments (Dobson, Mak, refractors) and my astrophotography cameras are now getting dusty...
