The Vaonis team is very responsive and helpful. My Vespera telescope needed repair under warranty. I was given all instructions and documentation for returning the instrument to France (from the USA) at no cost to me. Vaonis is a quality organization that stands behind its products. The people there are dedicated to finding a solution to any problem and give excellent care to customers.

Request For A Product
I submitted a request for information on getting a stretchy dust cover for my second-hand Vespera, but was told the company did not sell these. It took nearly a week for a response, so I wouldn't call that timely but was glad to receive a response to my inquiry.
Vaonis Customer Service is Excellent
Your customer service is excellent. I purchased a Vespera Pro and subsequently returned it. In hindsight, I should have bought a Vespera 2. I may do that sometime in the future. I would suggest you have the option of saving images in (png) as those are better than JPEGs for those of us who won't be doing extensive post processing on a computer.
Vaonis Vespera Pro
I recently bought a Vaonis Vespera Pro and had a minor problem. The technical support team responded almost immediately to my email, answered my questions and sorted the issue. They could not have been more helpful.
I have been hugely impressed with the Vespera which has far exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a fuss free way into astro imaging it is hard to beat.

Excellent telescope for family stargazing
I bought the Vespera as a gift for my family, and it has brought us closer together. The telescope is easy to use, even for the kids, and the images are stunning. We've spent countless nights stargazing together, discovering new celestial objects, and learning more about the universe.
Excellent Technical and Customer Support
I've had some technical issue with my Vespera II recently. Vaonis Customer Support gave me full help in solving the issue. Agnès Dailly, who is the competent support manager, gave me all the possible instructions in order to sort out the problem, even she asked to send the telescope to them in order to check and fix. I've sent the telescope (from Italy to France) at the beginning of August and received it back after 10 days, fully working. Everything was done at no cost due to the guaranty that still cover my Vespera II.
This was not the first time I've requested support from Vaonis, usually in order to have some operational instructions on using Vespera, sometime in order to suggest improvements. Always Ms. Dailly has responded immediately and effectively to all my emails.
I think that beside the good quality and reliability of the telescope (Vespera II is like this) what you whish from a provider is an excellent customer support, and Vaonis has it: intelligent approach!
For me this is a reason to consider Vaonis a top brand.

No product delivered and no customer service
I backed the Hestia via Kickstarter. It was funded one year ago. The status says shipped, I have received no notification of shipping details and have not received the product.
It's available in shops all over the world but not available to Kickstarter backers.
Vaonis do not reply to messages and have provided no updates since June 27. The updates that we did receive were complete lies. There are a lot of disgruntled backers who have not received the product. There is no customer service and no product. Pathetic.
