Quick delivery, good customer service

Absolutely appalling service

Ordered a £70 order and was delivered to the wrong address and went missing and never received a replacement or credit just got told they will lose out and then totally ignored now and still out of pocket never again will I shop with them

Absolutely shocking customer service!! Always used and previously had no issues at all however now have an issue with a non disposal vape customers service do not want to know! Email replies appalling, passing blame to manufacturer and told to contact them but then advised that I won't receive much help even if I contact the manufacturer!!!! Will not be using these ever again so disappointing

To say it’s a little family run business I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Also very helpful online and on the phone to say dpd lost my parcel and I had no luck with them for 4 days the senders are extremely excellent and helped me fix it right away so thank you!

This business does not know anything about vapes or vape tanks and the person i spoke to struggles with english.

I questioned about the uwell valyrian 2 pro tank, on the description they have copied over from the uwell original website that the tank can hold upto 8ml liquid.

I already have one but i recently brought the 8ml glass and found that they dont fit the uk valyrian 2 pros.

I called and asked you have this description that it holds up 8ml liquid is it guaranteed. This person kept saying we do 2ml tanks and its best you use 2ml and funny thing is he kept repeating the same thing with "you know" at the end of his sentence.

Does not know anything about vapes or tanks i really dont understand how these guys run some of these vape shops when they have no knowledge and they are fobbing people of by giving the wrong descriptions

They messed up my order and when I tried to return the incorrect item I was told to keep them as an apology and when I placed my next order they would include the missed vapes. I placed another order, no extra vapes arrived so I emailed the company and have been fobbed of over and over again even though I have all the proof. I won't be using this company again shocking customer service

I have ordered in bulk twice now and I am over the moon with the products I received. They offer great prices and fast delivery and better yet is the choice of brand and flavours. I like sweet tasting disposable vapes so I’m working my way through the site to find my favourites. Have recommended friends who are also happy with the quality of the products and will continue to rave about vape360 and the rewards system is fantastic too just an added bonus to an already seemless experience. First time I ordered 10 out of the 15 vapes were missing. It took multiple emails and a week to get the missing vapes sent. Second time I ordered half my order was wrong. When I contacted them they said the flavour I ordered was out of stock, so like basically enjoy this flavour. I told them I don’t like this flavour, and the answer was you got them really cheap, like at a really discounted price and if you wanted to send them back, shipping would cost more than the actual vapes so what do you want to do. I told them I don’t like this flavour and I won’t be using it so I want a refund. The answer was: this is not the outcome we were hoping for. And created a label to send them back with Royal mail 48. This was almost 3 weeks ago. Didn’t hear from them since. Will never use them again.

Great company to deal with. Had a few questions regarding the rewards system, my emails were responded to straight away answering all my questions. When I received an order with a small item missing this was sent straight out to me with my next order. Reliable, trustworthy company and the customer service is excellent. Also great products and good value. Only recently started using this company but know that they will always have my future business as everything is so easy and hassle free with them which is somewhat of a rarity nowadays with companies. Keep up the good work 👍

It was getting very expensive for me buying vapes in convenience stores for 5 or 6 pound a piece and i thought from now why not just buy in bulk and save at least £100.00 every month?

So that is what I did.

I came across a ten pack of cola Lost Mary vapes for a reasonable price and i could not refuse, so i bought two just to last me a good while.

Terrible service, received order with 3 vapes missing. Contacted them to advise. 1st Email reply asked for order number again, did that, then 2nd e mail sent me a copy of original shipment to tell me its on its way, advises received that but missing vapes, then after 3 days was asked for packaging, advised didnt have it as recycled, then received yet another mail to ask if I was ordering again as they would send 1 vape with it, Even though i'm missing 3!! Have no idea if i'll ever see the missing vapes, wouldnt use them again. Very poor customer service
