Being as I ordered over a week ago and still haven’t received my order every time I try to call no one answers and only had a couple of reply’s so I still don’t know what is happening

I used vapecloud exclusively during my first year vaping and used to get fantastic service from order to delivery. I think this was when you used dpd. I now use this shop less and less due to delivery times. I still get fantastic service from the shop side, but now I end up waiting for 5-7 days for a standard delivery.
It is this reason that I no longer exclusively, or even very often use vapecloud

Still haven’t received my order. Been over a week now.

Great products and prices. Shipping not as fast as many others with a 4 day overall turnaround but still a fantastic option for all your vaping product needs.

No response to multiple email communications over 10 days and phone number doesn't work. Mike finally reached out and looks to rectify the situation. I will update the review when I receive the order.

Item still hasn't shipped, no shipping confirmation, no tracking, no response to multiple emails and their phone number is disconnected.

AVIOD THIS COMPANY!! I placed an order last week but it still hasn't been shipped and no one is replying to my emails or messages. Their phone number has been disconnected I think they've gone under.

I've had so many issues with them over the years but kept coming back because of the low prices and sometimes half decent customer service.

Hopefully PayPal can get my money back as they have clearly done a runner with it! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!!

Nice service, fast levering even with some delay because of cbd regulation. within 3 days order delivered to the Netherlands.

Item as described, the postage time was a bit longer than expected but that's the only badish point.

Ordered a mechanical mod and it turns out that it was out of stock. They said that they were going to cancel the order and refund me but that was over two months ago; I've tried to contact them about it on numerous occasions without any response. AVOID THIS SITE AS THEYLL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Good guys, shop stock is nothing like the website which causes issues ordering to collect. Seems the best thing to do is always order for delivery.

Quality juice i purchased and discount was awsome

Bought this liquid because it said that it gives large clouds of smoke disappointed when it didn't. I didn't like the taste much either.

Always a pleasure with Vapecloud. My only online vape ejuice store.
