dont order from them, so...i have ordered a a vape tank, was waiting for delivery for three days, on forth day i have receive an email that my order is cancelled and i will receive an refund, why they sold it if they are out of stock? why i have receive an tracking number if they wasn't been posted? is just a waste of time, never ever will order something from them

I order 5 days ago and have had no communication at all ref order conformation or despatch notification. The email for this company bounces back and the phone number is not answered at all. I have sent multiple text and emails to no avail .

I have checked on companies house also and they show dissolved in 2021 and the adress on the website is fake street in Manchester.

I run a successful vape business and would be embarrassed if I didn't respond to my customers complaints or questions , stay away from these guys or use at your own risk .

Do not use! I ordered a box of 10 vapes and they sent me a different type which I didn’t want, called them explained they admitted they’d sent them as they didn’t have the ones I wanted, I explained I didn’t want them so they said to send back and they’ll refund me, as well as the postage costs seen as though I didn’t ask for the items sent. I sent my parcel signed for, they received them on 23rd July and are now not responding to any messages or answering the phone. I have contacted my bank now however this is just not acceptable or trustworthy!!!

Waited a few days for delivery.
These are not SKE crystals, my mistake. Quality poor one of mine when drawn on doesn’t go off. They don’t last as long, poorer quality overall.

Firstly, they haven't responded to any of my emails I've sent them regarding my order. I didn't receive any updates on my order status after which I've sent an email but didn't get a response. Then, I got an automatic email stating that my order was dispatched. My parcel arrived however there are only 10 items in my package while I ordered 20 vapes. The package seems too small to even fit the 20 vapes they stated in the email that they've sent me. Half of my items are missing and no one is responding to my emails. I'm really disappointed.

I've just called them and they stated that they couldn't sent the other 10 vapes and that they will refund the 10 items. If I knew this before, I wouldn't have ordered since I paid 15 pounds for shipping and additionally I’ve paid duties with customs, which is a lot, in comparison with the price for 10 vapes.

I ordered the Aroma King 7000 puff 5% vape flavoured Blueberry Pomegranate but they decided to ship me the wrong favour Blueberry Bubblegum! Really frustrating as I emailed them about this but haven’t explained the reasoning to why! Other than that! It’s great! Solid quality! Great battery life and easy to use, I would say that I recommend them :)
