I wouldn’t even give them one star but that was the lowest it would go. Ordered 8 days ago and I have gotten no email saying that it shipped. All it says is in process. Tried emailing and got no response. Tried calling and left a message but of course no one would answer the phone. I have already been charged on my debit card for this order that probably isn’t even going to ship. I will never order from them again.

I really wished that my wife and I had read the reviews. Like the others, we purchased items ,and "Yes" it reads that your order is being processed. No oder,no info,and "Yes"we've tried to contact them,to no avail. Don't buy from them or you will be victims also. Ban together.

F****** worst company I've ever dealt with ever. You don't mess with people's money. I had an order for over 100$ and after 11 days the order still claims that it's being processed attempted numerous times to contact them with no response.

It has been 34 days since I placed an order with Vape Society and still have not received my order. I have called, wrote numerous request and nothing. I will contact my bank. This is a scam.

At this point I just want to know what's going on with the courier company. Is the driver dead in a ditch somewhere? Did he run off with the packages? Was he abducted by aliens? When's the last time anyone had contact with the courier? This has been a clusterf*ck from day one. Has anyone at VSS read the google reviews ??? Its a train wreck and dumpster fire all in one. Enjoy the show folks! One day I'll get my new mod. The heavens will open up and the birds will sing and bottles of champagne will pop when I finally sign for this package.

My review is the same as the most recent ones that appear on here. I ordered on 5/4 and as of 5/24 it still HAS NOT ARRIVED. I left voicemail and have emailed the company directly. No reply. No email. No phone call back. No NOTHING. I can track it but it stayed at one location for several days and now it's about 6 hours away JUST
SITTING at the courier facility. THIS IS NOT a USPS issue. They are using an independent courier that they need to FIRE!! I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. USE ANYBODY BUT THIS PLACE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. THEY DONT EVEN GET ONE STAR.

My first few orders were received in approximately 5 days shipped through USPS. I had no idea why people complained about the company...Now I know. For some reason they have shipped my order with a "supposed" OLX shipping. I've been waiting a month now and have become quite upset. This shipping company does not appear to exist. There's no acknowledgement on the web this company exists...No address, no phone number. I have called and emailed Vape Society over 10 times. The only response you get to emails is a generated reply that they will get in contact with you. They do NOT. I have continually asked for the address & phone number of this shipping company. I will NEVER use this company again and now need to turn them into my credit card company. This order was over $100. I was an excellent client of theirs but never again! Their website claims they only use USPS for shipping...this is a lie.

I placed an order on April 26th, $62 order. It was shipped April 29th, through OLX? (Never heard of them, all my past orders were shipped USPS) Tracking says my package was delivered May 7th at 8pm. It's now May 18th and no package. Theres no contact number for OLX, tried emailing got no response. I emailed Vape Society twice, left 4 voice mails, FB messaged, no response... What the hell is happening..?! I had no issue's until this last order and can't get ahold of anyone. BUYERS BEWARE. Find a different site to order. Do your research.

As others have mentioned. I am not getting my order. The new shipping company they have used and their non existsnt customer service had ripped me out of $60. Avoid like the plauge.

Don't use this company! I can echo everything that has already been said. Over 3 weeks and no delivery, zero response from the company, "order tracking" says its been 10 miles away for a week, using a delivery company that has zero contact information. Don't even try.

Please listen to all those people, because I also experience the same thing. I don't know what happened to this company, but they steal money BEAWARE BUYERS!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SELL BAD ELIQUID!!!!!I ordered from this company everything was great,I was excited because I found my eliquid for a great price.Ruthless grape on ice and their strawberry flavor!!!Payment and shipping and everything was great,when I went to vape my eliquid it tasted like pure rubbing alcohol,straight up garbage,Not just 1 of the bottles but all 5 of them will not be ordering from this company again.I will just stick with what I know elementvape.com they might be a few dollars more but at least their liquids are good and legit!!!!!

Another update: package is still traveling around. New delivery date is June 4, 2021

Another update: the date has moved twice from the last update. Now it’s May 20th. It was down the street from my house a couple of days ago and today it’s in Mississippi.

Update: now my shipping date has changed AGAIN to the 18th and it’s suppose to be in Mississippi.

Ordered on May 4th /w delivery date of May 13th then the 14th and now the 17th. No answer to my email so I guess I’m contacting my bank. They did this before and we gave them another shot but this is it for me. Order# 2265439

Got ripped of for 59 dollars. Tracking # has no carrier. Emailed them with no reply. Even shows on tracking that it was delivered. The have gone out of business but still accepting transactions. BEWARE!!!!!

This site sux . Order from them and get a bs tracking number with no carrier. Just to find you basically got ripped off! Cancel this site immediately! Buyer beware! F them. I got ripped for $35.00 with email confirmation and no reply. THIS SITE IS BOGUS!

I have a question. The tracking info says it's being shipped by OLX? Not USPS. Has anyone seen that as well? I ordered on the 27th of April. I'm worried because it says order is "complete" but I havent recieved anything...

I’d give them a zero if possible. They don’t respond to emails they don’t respond to phone calls they don’t even answer phone calls. Do not use them.

1st 2 orders were fine, but like everyone else is saying, something happened. Took 3 weeks for them to process my last order. Emailed 3 times about it and never got a response. Then they processed it and shipped it through some shady no name company and its been sitting in a warehouse for 10 days. So we are at about a month now and my order (of over $100) is still in limbo. I've sent 6 emails to the vape company and 2 to the shipping company and I haven't received a response to any of them. I'll be disputing the charges with my bank tomorrow. Screw these people.

Buyer beware. I went by the warehouse and it had a sign that said temporarily closed. One woman behind a desk with some boxes. I'm not making an assumption but something didn't seem right.

They shipped my order so late and now its been 3 weeks i still dont have my order. Anybody knows what shipping company they use? They gave me a tracking but its says page not found when i track it. Customer service doesnt exist here

The last few times I have ordered from them it has taken an extraordinary amount of time for them to ship my order. I placed an order on the 12th this time and today is the 17th and it still says processing.
They used to be great but they have gone downhill a lot recently. If you are in a hurry to get your liquid I would advise buying from somewhere else.
