I’m having the same issue as everyone else. Been ordering for them over a year now and no issues until recently. Placed and order 5/16 and no shipment nor response to my email.

use to order all the time. Never had any issues. Then last month April 29th I made an order. Around 70 bucks. 5 days after I made the order my package scanned in Missouri. Hasn't scanned since. I emailed them half a dozen times with no response. Finally got a response. And basically told me I have to eat it. They can't refund me until I send back my order. Plz tell me how the hell I'm supposed to send back an order that I never recieved. Since the pact act they went with a different carrier to deliver products. They should sue this new carrier . I'm absolutely mind blown that a large company like this will allow there customers to take a loss on an order like this. I've been ordering from them for over a year. Since the Pandemic I started working from home. I send packages out on the daily. And when a package goes missing I replace it or I refund my customer. Apparently one customer isn't that important to them. They've lost my business. And I suggest you look elsewhere before sending these people your money. I've tried emailing them again recently and what a shocker no response. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Smh

Ordered close to $100 worth of juice 5/19 and today is 6/2 and still say processing.. no response to emails.. phone always goes to voicemail... no reponse to my voicemails.

I am about to call my credit card company to reverse the charges if Vape Society Supply does not respond.

I ordered on 5/20/21, today is 6/2/21. I just now saw all you folks in the same situation with VSS. I hope were not getting screwed here! Someone wrote that they spent $300 and still no delivery!!

This company has an F with the BBB. I ordered on May 16 and my order is still processing. Nobody will answer emails or calls. As soon as this hits 30 days, I’m contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

As everyone else, one star is too many. My order was placed 5/14 with a confirmation email sent to me. They took the money immediately, but it never shipped. I have sent a total of 9 emails, opened 3 tickets and left 3 voicemails with no response whatsoever. Honestly y’all, I think they took our money and went out of business. I have been ordering from them for well over a year, every other week with no issues. Someone mentioned a Class Action Suit. I think that’s a pretty good idea

Once again, I've ordered and had my money taken but no shipping number. Last time I published here, I got a response from VSS. Being that they don't answer their phones, emails, or DMs on Facebook or Instagram, this is my last ditch effort to make contact.

My order # is 2273002. I'd like to know if VSS plans to actually ship my purchase or if they're now stealing people's money outright. MANY very recent complaints on their Facebook page about stolen money and no product delivery.

I have the same issue as everyone else I ordered on 5/15 and nothing back from them I spent 300 bucks! I have ordered from them before and it went relatively smooth but the last time and this time has been ridiculous!

I think we all need to file a class action against this company. I have called and called and nothing. They have my money and I have no product. I will never again order from them.

1 start is 1 too many for this awful company. been waiting 3 weeks for my order. Sent multiple emails and left multiple messages, with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered 10 days ago and my order is still processing. No communication what so ever. Customer service is awful.

Seriously doesn’t deserve 1star . I ordered on May 15th and it’s still processing. I’ve tried contacting them many many times by email and I’ve only gotten an automated reply . My order is over $100 , I want a refund or send me my order ASAP . Of course they got their money .

Same as everyone else...this site is a scam. They will not ship anything. Notice every positive review is clearly a "Lisa M." "Mike T." "John D."....that's because they're fake reviews. You will never receive a product from this company.

Didn't deserve one star. Same problem as everyone else. Order is being processed but never shipped. Won't answer emails or phone calls. There has to be a way to get them back.

They got the wrong one 4 emails and 3 calls no response they some low life crooks I’ll have the last laugh

I've been a long time customer and I, like many, have emailed them to ask why my order says processing and not shipped. I ordered on May 22, 2021 over $65.00 and they still have not answered my email or have shipped my product. I think we should be able to stop payment and retrieve our money back. It is very disappointing and I feel that I have been taken. Due to the vape bans and new laws, this company will continue to advertise, auto email "received order", and they will take what we spend on products.

Placed an order on May 18th. Today is May 29th. After 4 emails, I have heard nothing. When you call the number they don't have anyone that answers the phone, you have to leave a message. Apparently the message is just for fun because they haven't responded to this either. Don't bother with these people. They clearly do not care.

Never got my order or a tracking number! They will not reply to emails either 🙄

SHADY. I purchased my order and after 10 days it never shipped. I tried emailing the company multiple times after giving them adequate time to get my order out but nobody got back to me. This was for 3 juices that were in stock. Still have yet to get any type of update on my order or refund :) Do whatever you want with your money, I'll spend mine elsewhere!

Sure wish I would’ve read these before I spent $65 there. Same issue as others. Placed an order last week, still being processed. No replies to my emails. Guess I’ll be going to my bank to try and get my money back. I hate people that pull this crap.
