AVOID ! SCAMMERS! never respond to emails or live chats , say I will get a refund as product hasn't arrived or even dispatched . Please don't use vapex warehouse I have reported them aswell like the last review .

Site down and emails domain disappeared. Been fobbed off for over 2 weeks and now they have disappeared woth £100 of my hard earned cash........

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID JUST LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!! Once they have your money the lies begin - Week 1 Got to move warehouse cos of the raids on banned vapes so carnt send orders Week 2 Tried to despatch twice but the Couriers wouldn’t take the parcels ( despite the status of my order still says processing and never changed since day 1. Week 3 - requested refund 5 times but no refund. Reported to my bank to get my money back who will report to shopify for hosting a FAKE, SCAMMING VAPE WHOLESALER - Your days are numbered hope you get charged with FRAUD!!!!

Full on scam take your money then don’t refund or reply to emails say it’s coming when they don’t use someone else !!!!!!!!

Absolute sammers!! do NOT give them your money! Ordered vapes 2 weeks ago and still not received them! Continuously lying - not delivered because of ban, not delivered cause they had to relocate warehouse, you will receive them no later than mon/tues, rest assured you will receive them by the end of the week, we dispatched them but the courier wouldn’t take them because they are banned haha jeeso list is endless!! Funny thing is I ordered Hayati pro max ultras and they ain’t even banned!!!! These guys are crooks!! Some guy named John on the live chat with broken English, aye very good JOHN!! Having to get my bank to get me a refund!! Please avoid I wish I read these reviews first!!!

Fast delivery as usual! You really can’t beat the amazing prices and quality products. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else—highly recommended every time.

My order never arrived, I tried emailing, calling and live chat for more than 2 weeks. When I eventually got a reply there was no apology just a blunt email saying ‘I’ll look into it’. I did eventually get a refund but it was very hard work and worrying. There are so many good online vape stores, not sure how VapeX wholesale has survived.

Ordered and found there to be a £8 delivery fee, read their policy and found that it was sent tracked 24, 2 days later not arrived so I messaged, the day after that I got a response to say they’d taken my money but didn’t have the item I ordered, I sent emails, called, WhatsApp, online chat and nothing. were now a week in, not received my order or refund. It took 28 messages, 8 calls and 4 emails before they finally started the refund process.

Items arrived leaking everywhere told them weeks ago, terrible communication at best sent the items back at their request and now radio silence , no refund no replacement of my order and they managed to get me to pay for sending them back. Order from here at your own risk . Worst company for vapes I've ever used and I've had bad experiences but not like this.

Do not order from this site. Order supposedly dispatched over a month ago - no delivery and no response to a refund request. They have essentially stolen money from me.

Ordered, paid. Confirmation email. No goods. No response from them until several days of me emailing saying they’ll check- no, just fob offs. Online chat also useless and non responsive. Nothing sent but they’re taking peoples money.
Also, all those impressive terms and conditions etc on their site?.. all copied and pasted from another vape site. & payment was taken from a clothes company!?! So It’s 100% a scam website. Have passed to police, and fraud teams.
Karma will come for them, what goes around comes around. They’re playing with forces way greater than they will ever be.

AVOID at all cost! I placed an order worth £233, no confirmation email received. I had to use my wife's phone too contact them as they had my number and refused to answer it!, finally got my confirmation email, but unfortunately my item was out of stock. I've tried emailing them, no response, I've tried calling them, no response. But when I used their in app messaging service to see what stock they had, I received a response. Fully stocked they said, I then told them to send my order which I placed 2 weeks ago......... no response. In the hands of the bank now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS!!

Don't waste your time or money with these clowns! Placed an order over £100, lied to from the start! Nothing arrived as it was never posted but was assured it would arrive on time. Had to place an order with another supplier and then waited a week for MY OWN MONEY to be refunded! Avoid like the plague
