No update on my order 4th March it says that it was processed but no updates, 3 days delivery 11th March not replied to my email on the 8th-9th March to ask why it wasn't there yet. No reply from customer services

What a timewaster! Waited for over two weeks no reply. Stay clear you have been warned!!

Total scam, i can confirm as another review mentioned. Constant excuses as to why the items haven't been shipped, still havent received the products after being told they have been dispatched. Was told i have received confirmation of shipment becuase they didnt have my email address depsite already sending me a confirmation of the order. It's so frustrating these companies are still allowed to operate after such negative reviews. Avoid this place like the plague. Im having to claim my funds back from my CC company.

Complete scam! No confirmation email after ordering so no tracking info. I have been getting reply’s from someone on WhatsApp with excuse after excuse and still no product or refund.
I had to claim my money back from my bank. Stay clear and do not order from this website!

I ordered on 03.03.25 stated delivery 2-4 days haven't even had a dispatch email. So can't chase.

I ordered from this company on the 28th of February my order has not arrived! I have emailed, done live chat and tried to contact by telephone. They did answer my first email but are now ignoring all my attempts to contact them. They took my payment immediately and I have asked for a refund but once again I am being ignored. If I could have given a 0 rating I would have. Please don't use this company as they will take your money and then ignore you. I am going to contact my bank and ask them if they can do a charge back but I have to wait 15 days. I feel this is a scam.

I didn't receive my items. I ring them i have received it I told him I have not received it. He said no refund. And put the phone down on me.he should not be trading.

I strongly advise against ordering from Vape X Wholesale. They are completely unresponsive—no one answers calls, and messages go ignored. Worse, they do not deliver on time, and in many cases, customers don’t receive their orders at all. This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable.

If you’re considering buying from them, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Many customers, including myself, have been scammed. Stay away!

Quick delivery but box came damaged and one of vapes damaged not in working condition. I sent message to support team nothing happened

Do not trust this company. My order was returned and they have never refunded the money. They are quick to email with “let me look into it for you” and never get back in touch.
They have now taken to ignoring my emails. A totally dishonest website and company.
Steer clear!!!

I am missing half my order and would appreciate some resolution feedback asap rather than just acknowledging there is an issue

At first, I thought this was a scam, as I sent emails and none were answered. I spoke via WhatsApp, I got nothing but excuses.

I did receive the item i ordered, but 2 weeks late. Otherwise, all ok. I suggest the seller speaks truthfully and just say, yes it will come but 2 weeks later, not in one day as they claim.
