I've had many Vaping sources over the years. Vapor Authority stands above the rest! Of all the orders I've made, this one was by far the smoothest and quickest. This was the very first time, I ordered on a Monday and received the package in the same week. In addition to their expedient delivery, I was super impressed with their package for delivery. Yes, it was the standard USPS envelope like others, but in their package, they include a little thank you note. It wasn't just a thank you or, business card thrown in the package, but it was in a small envelope with an actual seal. Very classy and impressive! My kind of place. I highly recommend them. I hope the wonderful service continues. I am confident it will! Keep up the good work and thank you :)

First of all I wanna say that vapor authority is by far the best to purchase from!!! The customer service was by far the most amazing I've ever delt with even through my order getting lost they stayed in touch and reassured me I would get my order and I did! They sent a new order out and it came quickly I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this company!!!

So I stopped being able to get vape juice shipped to me in NJ due to laws... The site I used to use changed a bit and the shipping was so slow. Luckily I had another address to ship to in CT and Vapor Authority shipped it out extremely fast. Selection is great, Price is great, and the company seems very well managed. Will keep using this company for my orders and recommend the same to others.

I placed an order late night, after hours, during the Memorial Day weekend sale and received my nicely packaged order 7 days later- to the east coast! I consider that excellent service. Great product, great selection and extremely fast shipping! I placed an order on 5/15 and it was delivered to my door on 5/17! Their website is easy to use and I was able to order online easily with all charges and fees explained, no surprises! Even customer service replied to my email within minutes! Vapor Authority is the bomb! I have been looking for ego atomizers for a long time since the company here in my town went out of business and nobody else here sells them. I was able to order them from Vapor Authority and I went on ahead and got a new ego Vape stick and then I noticed the slamming twist sticks and decided to try one of those and oh my goodness I love it. I sent an email and let them know how great it was and they immediately replied back to me. The box was packed perfectly and a very nice card inside thanking me very much for my business. I will definitely order from Vapor Authority again.

Wow what amazing customer service! First off, I was impressed by the selections they have; it’s quite a wide variety and I’m happy with the competing prices they offer. I had a mishap with my products, and they responded right away and assisted me. I got my problem fixed and a new order delivered in under a week. I’m very happy!
