Very poor experience. Ordered 3 weeks ago. Chased by phone call and someone answered and said it was arriving tomorrow. No delivery so called again but no answer - seems my number has been blocked. Sent emails requesting them to get in contact and no response. Have just looked on trustpilot and it seems I’m not alone in my experience. Shameful behaviour. Will be reporting to trading standards

SCAM alert! They accepted $150 from me and then said they're not shipping my package unless I buy a $400 insurance policy. When I declined and asked for a refund I was hung up on. Johnson Ameho was the person I spoke with and the logistics company is called "Atlantic Maritime"

Absolutely a scam! Trying to get the bank to refund my money, one initial we have your order confirmation then nothing! No response to emails chasing the order and the number on their site isn’t a real number avoid at all costs!! If your in any doubt ring the number.

Ignore other reviews. Not a scam site.

I have emailed this company several times and also sent messages using their contact page, I have also telephoned them and not surprisingly they haven't replied or responded. They sent me six Voopoo DM2 coils, that's two packs and not the six packs I ordered on their website. They clearly advertise these coils for £4.00 per pack and indeed show a photo of a pack of three coils! It seems they are misleading customers by selling these at £4.00 each yet displaying a photograph of a packet containing 3 coils!
It should be made crystal clear on their web page that the coils are sold individually at this price and not use deceptive tactics by displaying a picture of a packet containing three coils; this type of advertising is wrong on every level! They have not responded to my phone calls, emails or messages left on their contact page and therefore it appears that they're knowingly scamming people! Reviews on Trustpilot certainly support this view, absolutely disgraceful trading, avoid this scumbag company.
Update 6/11/25 Message received from Trustpilot stating if I don’t respond to Vapour Hub within 3 days they will not recognise my review as genuine! Well here we go… Hi there Vapour Hub I am a genuine customer, my order #13689 on 4th October. You have ignored my attempts to contact you and you will have all my details on file so get in touch. Total scam site. Products ordered confirmation email received. Then nothing. No reply to emails, phone calls, web enquiries. Wattsapp message. I am now dealing with my bank to get a refund. DO NOT USE. Wish I read the reviews prior to my order.

Scam site, didn't receive item told me 3 days for refund he never sent I reported to fraud and my bank.

They are trying to get rid of all these reviews by saying its not them I have the receipt.

Order placed on 5/6/24, paid £4.99 for first class delivery (1-2 days). It has now been 6 days and still received no confirmation my order has been dispatched, no tracking no and no delivery? I have tried to email 4 times, sent a message to their facebook page and through there website and being totally ignored!! I have now had to to do a dispute with my bank who have refunded me my money and will chase them on my behalf. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!

Not received my items can't contact them AVOID IT'S A SCAM

Ordered and paid on 21 Dec 23.Unable to email, three phone calls and three weeks later item arrived on 19 Jan 24. Their excuse, the computer was down which was a complete lie !

Sent 5 bottles of counterfeit Pachamama e-cig liquid. Total scam, not the same packaging, no boxes, liquid is yellow and the labels are all blurred.

Order some e-liquid. Never received the product and no answer to my emails. Seems to be a scam. Stay away
