Een maand geleden een gitaar gekocht en nog steeds niks ontvangen. Er stond op de website dat de gitaar niet voorradig was maar binnen 1-2 werkdagen geleverd kon worden. Contact met klantenservice gaat zeer moeizaam, heb inmiddels vier keer gevraagd om mijn geld terug te krijgen maar nog steeds geen antwoord hierop.

Bestelling geplaats 2/3 weken terug en niks meer vernomen. Meerdere malen gebeld en geen reactie. Verder ook een mail gestuurd en geen reactie. Ook een form ingevuld en geen reactie

Super service nadat mijn product niet voorradig bleek!

EDIT3: Reacting to seller message that claims that repair has been 3 weeks - It took 2-3 weeks and 4 or 5 messages via email and web for the shop to react to my claim in the first place (that was from mid december to early january). Then it took ~1 week for me to ship the piano and 4 days for it to reach the destination. As of writing this it's already March and I still don't have tracking number so 3 months without the piano is the happy-path estimate at this point.

EDIT2: Back to 1 star. So they said they have lost my original piano and promised me new one. Then they changed their mind as it seems they found have found the piano and 2 months later it is still waiting for the repair. I think out of 2 years owning the piano, 4-5 months will be without the piano. Avoid at all costs. (2 weeks after edit1)

EDIT1: I received an email saying that the person i contacted is in hospital. That would justify the lack of communication over the last few days. Overall experience is still not great. But for now i’m changing my review to 3 stars instead of 1.

Not sure if it's any better buying locally, but buying online from a different EU country was a horrible experience.

First of all it took like 3 weeks to deliver the digital piano within Europe. But that's the least disturbing part of the experience.

Just before 2 year mark piano keys started misbehaving. I sent them like 4 emails in the span of the month or two trying to initiate warranty claim. Only after threatening chargeback they finally replied. I was given a label to send a piano to Thomman repair shop. I was promised a quick repair. That took 2 or so weeks (+ 5 or so days it took to deliver the piano). Then another week for piano to get delivered to VDS (not sure why not me). After I received a confirmation that they got my piano I requested tracking number for when it's going to be sent. Right now it's been 10 days and 2 more emails asking for status update. I'm not even sure if they have sent the piano at all.

At this point i'm considering to report this as stolen. I wish I would've paid 50 euros more and purchased locally.

I was looking for an instrument as a birthday present and received very competent, quick, and friendly advice. Highly recommended contact.

Ik heb ruim een week geleden bestelling gedaan voor verjaardag van mijn zoon. Bestelling is nog steeds niet verstuurd. Ik heb vele malen gebeld maar je krijgt standaard een voicemail bandje. Als je mailt krijg je geen reactie. Ik heb nu gemaild met herroeping/annulering binnen de termijn.

Ik hoop dat jullie dit snel en netjes gaan oplossen.

Als ik uiterlijk morgen geen mail heb ontvangen en niet mijn geld teruggestort (incl verzendkosten) dan ben ik genoodzaakt om de site aan te melden bij oplichting internet van de politie.

Ik had een bestelling gedaan die, door vast niet al te voorzichtig handelen onderweg, helaas onbruikbaar beschadigd bij mij aankwam. Met een paar duidelijke foto's nam ik contact op en zonder enig gedoe kreeg ik de bestelling opnieuw toegestuurd. Deze is nu, geheel onbeschadigd, wèl goed bij mij aangekomen. Met deze service, met een happy end, ben ik uiteraard vooralsnog héél erg blij.

Heel mooi verpakt werd het naar mij toegestuurd. Een mooi instrument met een goed geluid, voor een redelijke prijs.
Contact met dit bedrijf heb ik ook als zeer prettig ervaren.

I have an old Les Paul with P-90s. I needed pickup screws for it in a rare size that were impossible to find. VDS gave me excellent marks and helped me find the right ones. I've also had a very good experience with this store in the past when buying a classical guitar.

Ben blij met het product en qua levering ook prima. Een instrument kan altijd verschillen qua leveringstijd. De ene is de volgende dag er en de ander duurt een paar maanden. Maar VDS staat je te woord, geeft indicatie en een top product. Hartelijk dank!

Terrible communication, bad quality control on the products I bought there. Would not recommend for anyone to purchase anything here.

I sent my purchase back after not being pleased with the quality of my product (flight diana soundwave tenor). The pickup didn't register all of the strings equally loud+ the fretboard had gotten a bad paintjob. The first problem, I admit, is something that i understand can be overlooked. But the bad paintjob could have easily been spotted if the seller would have taken 10 seconds to inspect the product before he sent it to me.

Then the sh*tshow started. First I asked for a retour on the website. A week went by without hearing anything. Then I decided to give them a call, but no one picked up. There's also no anwering machine or anything, just the standard telecomprovider message. I just recounted all the phonecalls I tried to make with them and ended on the fine number of 32. Thirty-two freaking phonecalls for a retour. Eventually, after I messaged them on Facebook DM, Instagram DM, trough the chatfunction on their website and in the commentsection on an instagrampost, I was able to reach them and it turned out that I had to pay for the retour myself because I don't live in The Netherlands, even though the website clearly states 'free retours'. I agreed and went to DPD to send my package back. I didn't trust this thing anymore and decided to pay extra to have my package insured and THANK GOD i did that. DPD delivered my package, but VDS said they never received anything. I had to open an insurance claim and needed to get a simple document filled in by VDS instruments. After a lot of failed attempts to reach them again, he finally made time to fill in the document. But he didn't fill it in correctly... So I had to contact him...AGAIN! Now he finally filled it in correctly and DPD could FINALLY begin their investigation...

I don't think I ever had an experience as frustrating as this. Please don't buy anything here, for your own piece of mind. The reason they can offer some products cheaper then other retailers is because they don't invest anything in customer support. I would rather eat 25 kilo's of pebbles that taste like feces than ever having to deal with these guys ever again.
