I'm sorry to give a not a great review but what i'm experiencing is beyond disappointing! Bought the radio with all parts 3 month ago (3!!) Waited 3 weeks to have it installed, when that happened, one piece wasn't the right one, steering commands and reverse cam not working, the engineer ordered the right part and I had to stay without steering commands and reverse cam for 3 weeks (not big deal) but when the piece arrived and the engineer came back the piece was (again) the wrong one and this time it burned something or whatever happened and as result I had to stay 2 weeks with no radio at all! Ordered a whole new unit and 2 weeks later had it installed, and AGAIN a part is missing and the radio doesn't switch off and drains my battery so...another time left with no radio for god knows how long. From January to April to be again without radio at all. I understand inconvenients can happen when working but this is going on in a loop now. Even the engineer was frustrated telling me the same story again. Now the new deadline is for next Friday and if that day I won't have the radio working I will ask for a full refund.

Fantastic from start to finish, great product knowledge and don’t try to up sale you, they get you just what you need, Ray the installer was professional and fitted from my home, showed me how it all works afterwards and needed a couple of after install messages which Ray was happy to explain, top company , very professional and great pricing.

Lin from VMS was an excellent and expert installer, who arrived when agreed and worked hard to install my dash cam.

He even went above and beyond with a question I had about where the OBD socket was on my vehicle, finding it and showing me a photo he took showing precisely where it is.

Ehsaan, the CarPlay engineer, did his absolute best to install the CarPlay system on my Toyota C-HR Hybrid. He was patient, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, and he explored every possible option to make it work.
The issue wasn’t with his work but with the reverse camera adapter that came with the CarPlay unit I purchased, which turned out to be incompatible. Even after I obtained another part, Ehsaan came back a second time to try again, but unfortunately it still didn’t work.
Despite this, Ehsaan remained helpful, committed, and thorough throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the time and effort he put in, and I would happily recommend him based on his professionalism and dedication, especially as the problem was outside of his control.

Ehsaan and the team came out to fit the CarPlay box onto my Land Rover Discovery while I was getting my hair done at the salon. The Carplay box works perfectly. They even took their time out to test the product and train me on how to use the product. Would recommend.
