They installed a new HVAC system last spring, and the common areas are consistently kept clean and well maintained. Management also checks in regularly to see how things are going. You can tell this is a company that stays involved with it properties rather than simply collecting rent and leaving tenants to manage on their own.

The leasing process was smooth, and the building itself is in great shape. The only issue was getting a response from maintenance during the holidays. It took about a week for someone to look at a plumbing issue in our site. Once they came out, the repair was done well, so I was happy with the work itself; I just wish the response time had been faster. Overall, the space is solid for the price, and the location works well for us.
