Absolutely thrilled with the service and results of my new Velux bathroom window. So easy to get the online quote rolling and the customer service department got in contact so quickly. A local fitter was booked and all done super quick! No stress and no mess. It was also really good value for money.

My roofer installed a Velux central pivot loft window as part of fitting a complete new roof job. But not for the want of trying could I get the said roofer to provide a scrap of paperwork/info to register for the warranty. I managed to source the supplier for confirmation - North West Roofing (they were also very helpful) . However, on reaching out to the Velux after sales team, Michelle explained that there is a plate with a code on it on the window that can be used to register the product on site. She could not have been helpful or more patient with my very poor hearing!
All I need now is to persuade somebody to get up the loft ladder and take a quick piccy of the code. (Michelle did also say that quoting the code provides the exact date if needed.)
The Velux window was a pretty inexpensive addition, providing not just light but also extra ventilation. My south-aspect facing aspect means it can get very hot up there in summer months, even in the UK! Altogether, I am very pleased with the window aspect of the project.

Excellent service from start to finish with Velux. Every person I came into contact with was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Replacement of old Velux window was so easy to arrange from online form and photos, phone calls, arranging installation and payments. Both guys from K A Nickells that installed my new Velux were superb, efficiently removed old Velux and installed new one leaving no mess. So happy with the new Velux and the process was an excellent example of fantastic customer service from start to finish.

I am delighted with my new loft window. It has transformed the space. Andrew and his team did a great job. Really professional and swift and reassuring. We were delayed by wet weather and then I had work commitments that meant I postponed a little but then Andrew was able to fit me in at a time that suited me and the sun shone brightly for us. Its been a great experience organising this through Velux.

Michelle in customer service team provided really exceptional help: a 50% goodwill discount on replacement of a blackout blind that she acknowledged had probably broken because of a Velux manufacturing issue that was later resolved - even though the original blind was several years out of warranty. She really could not have been more courteous and efficient.

William from the design team took the dimensions of my new rooms from my plans and suggested that I increase the size of the Velux windows in two rooms. He also confirmed the existing sizing was appropriate for above the staircase. I’m very glad we went with his suggestion as the completed rooms and roof now look great. Great service all round.

Due to the issue, all three skylights were replaced - this was done quickly, professionally and all done in just over an hour!! Many thanks to the two lovely gentlemen who came out - we only got one name- Gary and another young man.
The whole process from start to finish was fantastic !
Very impressed and would definitely use Velux products and their service again.

I needed to contact support as one of six solar roof windows was not working.
Amy was really helpful and via teams she diagnosed the issue which was a missing magnet.
This could easily have happened during installation but Amy’s objective was to fix it which has been done at no charge.
The hub, the solar powered mechanism and the solar powered blinds are brilliant.

Blown away by the service given by Velux, they were fantastic. They were very informative and extremely helpful from start to finish, well done Velux. Also the instillation contractor, K A Nickles, who carried out the work at my property were very experienced, helpful and clean. On completion you wouldn't even known he had carried out any work, wonderful job.

Cheryl was a delight. She helped to determine the best skylight options for my home and was responsive when I needed to revise the quote when I fine-tuned everything. I felt I was in good hands. Would definitely recommend.

From the very second I contacted Velux the customer service was outstanding I have never experienced such excellent customer service and the same outstanding customer service was carried out through out the project right up to the very end. Spoke to 2 guys today had a ring back for further information regarding a smoke ventilation window and other products to go with it
very complicated as that I needed for my planning permission so has to be right
I have bought many Windows before from this company, nothing but quality but in this circumstances it was for Commercial building smoke detector window and it’s the first time I’ve ever purchasing one
The guys couldn’t be helpful enough sent me an email regarding everything I needed. Explained everything to me in the best possible way clear and perfect information for my architect to send to building control
this is why I trust this company. I highly recommend them and thanks guys got everything sent over two my architect will be getting back to you soon to make the order quality service

Large velux replaced. Easy to order, helpful office staff. Installation was as scheduled, clean and efficient. Window in ground floor roof with fragile rosemary tiles. Warned Velux, the guy who came was aware and even had some spare tiles if needed. Excellent company, service and product. Have used before, highly recommend.

The customer service representative (Ian) was most polite and helpful. I am an elderly customer and Ian was most patient with me, guiding me setting up a video link to my home so he could view the problem. I was most impressed with the overall service of Velux and would highly recommend the Company.

We had an issue with one of our windows, I called the help line and spoke to an after sales rep called Mikey, I have to say he was the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have spoken to in a very long time, he was very patient and we diagnosed the issue, he is sending me some parts to replace and he offered to send out there technician but I want to do it myself, he said if I cant get it working he would then send someone out, excellent service

My review is for Customer Service.
I had installers fitting Velux Conversion Kits. They had to call Customer Services on several occasions and spoke to Shaun each time.
Shaun was extremely helpful and very patient with the installers who were clearly not up to the job. I could hear their conversation and Shaun went above and beyond, he couldn't have handled the situation better.
Unfortunately the clueless installers walked off the job because it was "too hard", but honestly I feel I have to give Shaun credit as he did everything apart from get in his car and do the job for them!
I have since also spoken to Michelle in Customer Services, who again was very helpful, polite and understanding.
Well done Velux - your customer service is a credit to you!!
