After decades of helping customers face-to-face, I decided to begin a new adventure. One year ago, my husband Jacob and I brought that same personal care and dedication online, together with our sons, Liam and Tylor. Our love for animals began long before Velvet Vogue. More than 15 years ago, Jacob and I ran a dog shelter, where we cared for dogs in need and helped give them the love and safety they deserved. I sent a message to return the item I bought and there has been literally zero customer service. There is no phone number and no response from email I sent which is how they said to start a return. Be sure you want before buying!!!
Not worth it at all. Same as a much cheaper alternative.
I sent a request to change the delivery address as soon as I placed the order. I didn’t get any response and now the package is sipped to the wrong address and I have little recourse to recover it. I wasted 80$
