I am very sorry for any confusion. We have a feature on our website that provides an estimate of the customs fees you may be charged once your parcel has undergone the clearance process in customs. This is shown on checkout prior to processing payment.

We are really sorry, however unfortunately we have no control over import duties and taxes as these fees are decided by your country and are not decided by us. These fees are different to the shipping costs and are decided by your country based on the value of the goods. The best thing to do is to check with your country's customs as they will be able to let you know how these fees are decided.

We also state on our website that payable import duties are the responsibility of the customer. This is stated on our Shipping and Delivery page on the website, which you can view here: https://www.vergegirl.com/pages/shipping-delivery.

Hey Maria,

I am so sorry to hear that your recent purchase didn't quite work out.

We are so sorry that you found the sizing to not be representative. All of our sizing is in line with standard Australian sizing regulations, however as we stock items from other brands, as well as our own Verge Girl exclusive items, we do find that sizing may vary.

We recommend cross checking your measurements with our size guide here: https://www.vergegirl.com/pages/sizing to ensure the best fit, however if you do have any questions regarding the sizing, fit or feel of any item prior to purchase please feel free to contact our customer service team who are always more than happy to assist and can measure items for you. We also include the model’s measurements in each item description along with the product’s length to give a better idea of the fit!

Often sites such as Aliexpress and Shein will copy designs from smaller independent brands and reproduce them at a much lower quality. We do also sell some styles from other brands however, you can view all of our VRG GRL exclusive styles here: https://www.vergegirl.com/collections/verge-girl. These items have been designed by our amazing in house design team and are only available via our website!
