I hate self assembly, absolutely hate it, can't do it. Everything I built looks like it came from MFI in 1982. That said, this was a breeze to build. It has excellent instructions, came with the tools and had the holes in the right place. it is strong (very heavy) and it looks decent.

Well make product and very good customer service. We are satisfied with everything, the delivery is quick.

By a standing desk from Vernal was an amazing experience. The help was very efficient, polite and professional and I would definitely come back for more.

Large bamboo Desk, was clearance, I believe last year's stock. I called the helpline to verify specifications and they were extremely helpful and even offered to followup support, so above and beyond in my estimation. Received the desktop the next day and the legs the following day and am so far very happy with my purchase, it's stable and in perfect condition. Would recommend.

Although I phoned ahead of ordering to ask for an email, which I didn’t get for some reason, the service and product has been very good. The downside was the parcels come in so many different packages and I built the L shape desk and had to wait for the modesty panel addition. This is not the suppliers fault but the delivery service. It was 2 days later when everything was complete. It was quite confusing trying to match the package bar codes.

fast delivery. good quality. easy to install. price might a bit higher than other's but they have the rare size i need. (70cm wide)

Super quality desk and quick and supportive team which helped me in replacing the size of my desk top.

Unfortunately this has been the 2nd item from vernal which came damaged. I previously bought a standing desk and now this side cabinet. This time it was a broken sliding drawer rail which had been damaged and the ball bearings came out. Fortunately the fix was a simple trip to B&Q for a new rail.

Otherwise, the products are good and priced well to match. Assembly instructions are good to follow, with the occasional part requiring more attention.

Ordered one of their standing desks and this was dispatched quite quickly... For UK they have used EVRI for delivery.. found this annoying as their tracking system is largely useless... (they is no indication when packages will likely be delivered, so could never plan for deliveries). First desktop piece was found with 12" crack... got in touch with support (Oct 2nd) and it took about 1.5 weeks to get a replacement (as I kept being asked for further pictures from Vernal)..

Received 2nd desktop on 13th Oct and this one was fine (except for deep scratch on bottom.. but am ignoring this)... have since built up the desk and this is an excellent desk and works fantastically.

Rating has been reduced as when I asked about returning back 1st desktop I`m being told they will not collect this, so have a "spare" broken 1.5M X almost 1m desktop that I can`t use or store.. so I now need to likely saw it up and put in the skip.

The desk itself is fantastic.. but the length in getting a replacement part and that I now have to get rid of 1st desktop is quite annoying...

The product quality is great! I love it

The desk is great but the installation instructions could do with a rewrite - they're not as clear as they could be, including the imagery, and leave you slightly guessing as to where the parts go.

This is a top quality product. The materials are excellent, the instructions are simple and it fits together very simply and smoothly. The delivery was very quick, and when I had an issue with one of my parts, customer services were prompt in helping me reach a resolution. Absolutely recommended over the cheaper alternatives, because this is a quality-guaranteed product.
