These are the worst training courses I have ever done. They are mandatory to do at my workplace so we have to complete them. It is so off putting when you read the so called training material and find the spelling and grammar mistakes. If and when you do make it through the “learning” material and you haven’t fallen asleep and you take the tests, even when you know that you have answered all the questions correctly you don’t get 100% on the certificate. Then they want you to pay for the certificate. Companies should go elsewhere for their online training. I would not recommend PsittacusBLE training to anybody.

Verrolyne Training is the best course platform on the internet. Especially for the kids who are free from their exams and looking to adopt a new skill. High Recommended

I purchased a lifetime licence from Psittacus systems to sell their courses. It reality the courses were not that impressive and after two years I was told that they have changed their mind concerning the contact we entered and closed my account because I refused to be blackmailed and pay them upfront around £1000 annually to keep the account going. The person I spoke to was rude and dismissive and finally put the phone down on me.

My advice to anyone is to stay away and not do business with Psittacus systems or whatever they call themselves now. I know that other people suffered similar problems. All that I have invested in the project, time and money were lost.

Most of the 5* reviews are false.
The course is the usual bland video type presentation , nothing special, full of adverts and after you 'pass' they want money to print a certificate which is very poor form.
I have done many of this type of course in healthcare before and this one is the worst.

This is the worst training programme I have ever encountered. There are errors within the question and the spelling mistakes are horrendous. Also I would estimate that about 85% of their online modules do not correspond with the majority of the questions when accessing the tests. It appears that a lot of their findings are false when compared to journals and articles that are available, thus giving incorrect information.
Overall this is not a training course I would recommend, if anything, I have only learned through their mistakes by researching aspects for myself. Shocking.

Purchased course from indeed, which I picked out the onlinetrainingworld.co.uk, then they transferred me to pittscasusble.uk, tried accessing my course, nothing, no course content, emailed twice, got a response telling me to change to a new password, changed password, logged into account and nothing still no course content, send email, still no correspondence what's so ever.
So one star very poor performance from pittcasus and onlinetrainingworld, no explanation given whatsoever.
I would not recommend this company, very poor, apply at your own risk.
Indeed is excellent, but it's this company I'm rating.

The training center is the best platform to learn the techniques to serve humanity better. I have completed level 2 and now enroll in level 3. My journey is going great. I feel that I have learned a lot. The teachers are guiding us efficiently. I’m very happy to be part of this organization and recommend others as well.

PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE, SERIOUSLY, ALL VERROLYNE ARE INTERESTED IN IS TAKING MONEY FROM LEARNERS AND THEN DISABLING THEIR COURSE, I HAVE SPENT THE LAST 2 DAYS TRYING TO ACCESS MY COURSE TO WHICH I HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS DISABLED. I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO BE GREETED BY A MAN WHO CANT UNDERSTAND OR SPEAK ENGLISH. ALSO I HAVE SENT A NUMBER OF EMAILS ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE I GET IGNORED I HAVE ALSO ASKED FOR A REFUND WHICH I WAS RUDELY TOLD VIA EMAIL I WOULDNT GET A REFUND AS I HAD ALREADY ACCESSED THE COURSE. I THOUGHT I PAID TO COMPLETE A COURSE NOT JUST ACCESS TO IT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BE RUDE IN EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS, THAT IS IF U ARE LUCKY TO GET ANY SENSIBLE RESPONSE OFF THEM

Psittacus Systems not to be trusted. Spend about 2000 on a white label system on a low cost pay as you go model, then spend lots on developers changing our website to suit the system. They then cancel our agreement and then put in high monthly costs. Shocking way to do business and not to be trusted.

Hard to load .boring would probably be better if it had audio a lot is irrelevant to job more suited to managers

Many of the answers wrong, worded in a way you can’t really understand , some questions need more than one answer very frustrating.

Awful training and totally irrelevant in lots of ways.
The questions are very ambiguous, and several are completely incorrect or outdated.
One of their questions was based on a old wives tale about alcohol increasing appetite, which has never been clinically proven!
There are lots of spelling mistakes and grammar issues.
The information before the tests given is long winded, uninteresting and doesn't engage you.
It looks very cheap, like it has been created by a high school student who had just learned how to use clip art.
I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Disgusting company , should be ashamed of themselves . They made a mistake with the wording on my certificate and all they had to do was email me the correct one and after many many many emails they don’t reply . I never write reviews but this is the first time I have actually hated a company for the grief they have put me through with my employer due to their mistake . It’s a simple grammatical mistake which is easy to fix but clearly a cowboy company and hopefully after I wrote to ofcom they will be shut down.

Sent completely irrelevant training courses, tried to resolve but after 3 months, absolutely nothing.
There are much better training providers around

I purchased the service as a training provider and it cost me £2,000.00-Long story short..When I asked for my web files to be sent they told me it had been deleted.

There was no apology or empathy from Psittacus and the director is one of the most unprofessional people I have come across, I had a investor meeting lined up and I essentially lost it due to the wrongdoing of Psittacus-The director is obnoxious and even cut me off on a phone call..I still do not have my website or refund.

Stay clear.

Completely rubbish training. The language is appalling. So many double negatives and ambiguous statements. You learn nothing! And some of the answers are wrong! Or could be one of two answers! I'm qualified level 3 in health and Social Care and training to be a nurse...

I paid for a Training Course online with them. This Training was expired, then send me an email regarding I was able to renew and do the training online again.
I try to contact them and I send a lot of emails and I just received an automatic response from a computer machine. In the end, I just lost my time and my money and nobody contact me.
PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY ONLINE COURSE WITH THEM
