Lack of communication
Lack of communication, very dated website, cheap but not cheerful, I would not recommend this company for students, please pay that bit extra and get better assessors, if you are someone that needs that little bit extra help then don’t apply for these people, I been into this course since December and my assessor still hasn’t marked any work and the communication is disappointing

Company is a CON and I am reporting them to OFQUAL and the awarding body as you don’t get qualified. They take your money . You carry out your work and send back with the set time frame then receive NOTHING. No or limited responses to emails . One person who answers the phone speaks English . Company a shambles . STAY CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!?

We take all feedback seriously and are sorry to hear about your experience.
However, we must clarify that this matter is currently subject to a formal legal process, and as such, we are limited in what we can discuss publicly.
Our records show that:
• The course was enrolled in August 2025 with a 12-month completion timeframe
• Assessment and certification are subject to meeting all required standards, including evidence quality, completeness, and compliance checks
• Certification cannot be issued where there are outstanding gaps, queries, or verification requirements
We have responded to communications and provided guidance throughout the process. Any delays are typically linked to academic and compliance requirements, which all learners must meet in line with awarding body and regulatory standards.
We strongly refute any suggestion that we “take money and provide nothing.” We are an established training provider operating under strict quality assurance and external verification processes.
As this matter is now being handled formally, we will continue to address it through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels.

I have paid in full for level 3 and…
I have paid in full for level 3 and supervision and have not been given any additional information (log in details etc) try to contact online and yes they Did initially respond but now radio silent. With over 20years in academia - both learning and teaching- this is the first time I encounter such approach and seriously considering asking for a full refund!
