From start to finish the service was excellent. I felt listened to and valued as a customer. There was no hard sell, just practical advice and support from Charlotte. Lots of communication again from Charlotte who also made collecting my beautiful new Mini an exciting day - complete with practical support for getting to know the car before we drove off!

My new Mini Countryman
My journey started back in 2025, when I visited BMW Mini in Exeter. After a successful Mini Countryman test drive with Charlotte Barlow, I placed my order. The support during the process was first class. Charlotte was always speedy with her replies to my many emails. Along came the day to collect my new car and the appointment was orchestrated down to the last detail when I was made to feel very special and I have never had an unveiling before- I even drove it straight out of the showroom!

Our salesman at Vertu Exeter was a very socialable guy called Myers. He spent a long time helping us find the exact mini we wanted and there was no problem having it brought down from York. Everything about the transaction was explained clearly. The handover of the car had a very personal touch to it.The whole process was smooth and professional. Other dealerships could learn a lot from your customer focus approach and very competitively priced 'add ons'.
If we could give Myers 11 out of 10 we would. Thank you

From the start of the process to the final hand over everything was extremely smooth I could not fault a thing.
Myers made us feel very relaxed and kept us updated throughout the process.

Great customer service in buying a Mini from the Vertu BMW/Mini dealership in Exeter
I bought a used 2023 5-door Mini Cooper from the Vertu BMW/Mini dealership in Exeter and was very impressed with their standard of customer service and found the whole process of part exchanging my car and purchasing the Mini an enjoyable experience. They were quick to contact me from my initial enquiry and in arranging a test drive and inspection of the car, and any queries/questions I had when purchasing and collecting the car were quickly answered. I wouldn't hesitate from purchasing another car from this dealership and would recommended it to others.

Hyundai of Exeter are an excellent…
Hyundai of Exeter are an excellent company. I bought a car last Saturday, for various reasons it was not suitable for me. I emailed Emma on Monday and with their help, I exchanged it for another car which I collected 5 days later. I now own a lovely car, that is perfect for me. As a female, in the past I have not had the greatest of experiences with attitude in garages. Dan and Emma and all the other staff members in Hyundai are welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
