Contacted Ford Birmingham where Bradley, from the start, was great to deal with. Help and advice was (and still has been after taking ownership of our vehicle) always there. He even took time to read my (rather long) emails.
He went above and beyond. Nice to know that this kind of service can still happen.

Huge thanks to Andrew Waring at Vertu Birmingham for his outstanding service and communication throughout.
I initially had a truck reserved with the Gloucester dealership, and Eddie there was great to deal with. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, the deal couldn’t proceed, but the refund was handled quickly and professionally.
Andrew then stepped in at the Birmingham site and made the whole process seamless, resulting in an amazing truck and a great overall experience.
Well done Vertu, and well done to both gentlemen — highly recommended!

Mark Selby is an absolute credit to the Ford company.
His demeanor and manner were exceptional. From the initial meeting, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Everything was clearly explained, I was always kept updated through the whole process which wasn't long. When I collected my first motorbility vehicle I felt like I had won the lottery, I was made up and felt so special. I was given a first class treatment from Mark, how the vehicle was presented to the guidance of working of the vehicle. I am extremely happy and thoroughly recommend 😊 Thank you kindly.

I couldn't be happier with my new Puma and the service I've received from Vertu Ford Birmingham. Dean was so friendly and professional and answered all my questions (even the ridiculous ones) as I was definitely a nervous customer having never driven an automatic or electric car. Dean explained all the available options clearly and I didn't feel pressured into making any hasty decisions. On the day of collection Dean took me for a practice drive and set everything up to ensure I felt confident driving home on my own. I would definitely recommend the Birmingham branch and thank you Dean for all your help! Fantastic service!

Very Good Experience
My experience with Vertu in Birmingham was great. Mark Selby was my contact and he was efficient, courteous and professional throughout.
I live in Farnham, which is 2.5 hrs away, but I would be happy to make that trip again to deal with this dealership and Mark in particular. Very professional outfit

Excellent information and communication during the entire process. Pictures and descriptions were spot on. The dealership even arranged for a personalised video of the car to be taken and sent.

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly. All the staff I either met or spoke to on the phone were very helpful and responsive. At no point did I feel pressured into buying the vehicle, which I have felt when dealing with other companies. The salesperson I dealt with could not have been more helpful before before and after the sale.

What a truly refreshing experience at…
What a truly refreshing experience at Vertu-Birmingham.
I had an idea of what I was looking for in a used vehicle. The staff were so helpful, providing additional video footage and answering my many questions with honesty, without the usual sales patter.
On arriving at the Bristol Road showroom, I was greeted by Peter Gailitis, who was polite and very professional. He assisted with the test drive and was thoroughly helpful, nothing seemed like too much effort.
I am pleased to say that Peter’s colleagues were equally helpful, when I had to make some calls to clarify some choices I had made.
The car is great, better than I had hoped and in my opinion great value for my money.
Highly recommend Peter and his colleagues if you are interested in a new or used car. They have great product knowledge and treat you respectfully as a customer, rather than using hard sell tactics.
