My vehicle was booked in to address a fault requiring the replacement of the 360-degree rear camera. I was received in the service department by Louise Atkins, whose professionalism, helpfulness and cordiality were exemplary. Louise kept me fully informed when the vehicle required an overnight stay for calibration; the provision of a courtesy car was seamless. I strongly recommend Louise and the Vertu Service department in Redditch, as I was treated as a valued customer.

An Exceptional Car-Buying Experience!
I’ve just taken delivery of my new Ford Kuga ST-Line X Hybrid, and I couldn’t be happier with either the car or the experience of buying it from Vertu Ford Redditch.
From my very first online enquiry through to delivery, the whole journey has been informative, enjoyable and completely professional.
A particular mention has to go to Joe, who has been exceptional throughout. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive to detail, professional and, above all, extremely personable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt that he genuinely cared about finding the right car for me and making the whole process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible.
I also had the pleasure of meeting several other members of the Vertu Ford Redditch team, including the Manager, and everyone made me feel valued, welcomed and genuinely special as a customer. That level of personal service really does make a difference.
And the car itself? Absolutely perfect! ❤️
My new Kuga is everything I dreamt of and meets ALL of my requirements. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

Vertu Redditch Experience
The Redditch dealership was welcoming and accommodating from start to finish on the purchase of our new vehicle.
They salesperson we dealt with swiftly responded to questions and engaged with third parties when information was confusing which really helped the exchange process.
Only downside to the process was on collection, where the vehicle was not fully charged when we went to collect even though the collection date/time had been agreed well in advance and that we had paid for this to be charged to 100%. IN the end we settled for a reduced charge rather than wait for a further 2 hours.

We are, however, sorry to learn that your vehicle was not fully charged at collection as agreed. We completely understand your disappointment, particularly as arrangements had been made in advance and you had paid for the vehicle to be charged to 100%. While we're pleased a solution was reached on the day, we appreciate that this was not the handover experience you expected or deserved.

Very good initial contact with Alec…
Very good initial contact with Alec which led to me purchasing the car.
Disappointing collection and post handover of car from others in the team. Car was not ready and I was kept waiting for almost half an hour whilst it was still being cleaned. I had to be persistent in ensuring scratch was removed. Previous owners personal data was left in the glove box.
A few days later the manager contacted me to ask for a further signature of documentation that hadn’t been completed on handover and I was required, at some inconvenience, to return to the showroom, to have the service book stamped to comply with warranty conditions as this had not been completed.

Avoid Delivery. Shocking
Agreed purchase of a vehicle that I was happy with. Sales staff very helpful with all details until after the moment I paid.
They offered me free delivery as part of the negotiations and once I'd paid in full all I heard were excuses why the car didn't arrive. 3 times I have been given dates of delivery and 3 times I've had excuses. No other alternatives offered.
A week after paying over £16 grand I am still without a vehicle and have been offered 'an uber to work' as compensation.

Long wait after paying
Arranged to see a car,a journey of 45 minutes,needed it urgently as I was without a car,viewing the car was as expected,wanted to pay cash,transferred money,and this is where things went wrong,was told it had been passed to accounts department and could take 4 hours,this is not acceptable,I have purchased cars before and I'm driving off within the hour ,I viewed this car around 11 am finally got told at 14.15 everything done.
If i was applying for finance it's understandable,but not to be told do you want to go home and we'll call you,I had a 2 year old with me,luckily my dad was also with me to keep things calm,but I must say if I'd been told possibly 4 hours I would not have made the journey and looked elsewhere,I think more annoyingly my dad had spoke to the sales team the day before regarding the urgency and was assured as long as funds were transferred before 2pm it wasn't a problem,perhaps they should have been more honest regarding the timescale
