Great service as soon as I arrived at the garage.
Dillion helped straight away very polite and helpful gave me time to look at other cars at other garages and when we returned he had the car ready for a test drive. great service throughout and talked through everything. when I arrived to collect the car I had a very warm welcome from Dillion and staff and the car was already for me to drive off in.

Couldn’t fault our experience!
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent.I knew the car I wanted, didn’t need a test drive and that was excepted and there was no ‘hard sale’ which I very much appreciated.
The pre sale customer service was professional and friendly and any questions asked were answered by, I might add a few ( rather than just one ) thoughtful staff. As is normal, negotiations were made and again they were carried out in a friendly and professional manner without me feeling pressured in to ‘signing’ for a deal I didn’t want… I like that!
Collection of the car was delayed by a day due to a slight scratch on the bonnet which, I am pleased to say was spotted by Kevan ( my car salesman/ executive) and dealt with before I picked up the car, even sending me a photo of said mark to allay any concerns I may have had.
On ‘pick up ‘ day he was thorough in ‘correcting’ minor details found by me ( I am very particular! ) and was extremely patient!!
With a car with so much new & modern technology Kevan made sure I was more than happy with his explanations as to how they functioned before driving away and ensured I would feel comfortable getting back to him or visiting the dealership should I require further help… and yes, I have done that already!!
His colleagues, Jason, Michael and Josh were also extremely helpful.
Overall I couldn’t be more positive about the experience!
Now, the car, Sante Fe Ultimate… I have only been in it once after driving home from the dealership! It’s more than I expected ( so far!! ) Having had a ‘top of the range’ Mercedes coupe, then a ‘top of the range’ Lexus F sport 300, this car with it’s fabulous interior of Pecan brown leather, complimenting perfectly the exterior black, its beautifully smooth drive and so much ‘tech’ is a revelation! My neighbours are queuing up for a test drive!
I think I have said it all!

Great experience
Not only was I happy with the purchase price, the staff very friendly. Communication is good throughout the sale. Really helpful setting up apple play etc.
Wesley was the salesman I dealt with and he was really helpful. I felt like I could ask any question.

Ourstanding experience
We felt welcome and were treated with respect and courtesy from our first visit to the moment that we handed over the previous and collected the new car. All of our questions were answered professionally and with great kindness. All 4 midlands Hyundai dealers to date have been poor and Hyundai Customer service UK is non existent
