Exceptional from start to finish
We were downsizing cars from 2 to 1 and were looking for a suitable vehicle. Vertu Widnes were so helpful, friendly , we part exchanged our 2 cars ( got a good price for both) and we got a lovely car about 1 year old which we are very happy with . The whole experience was stress free , with no sales pressure and the customer service we recieved was amazing ( Ben ) . Would highly recommend !

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Tom, who looked after us throughout the process, was tremendous. He kept us fully informed at every stage, and we always felt we were in good hands.

Excellent service from Vertu.
Our experience of buying a new car from Vertu Widnes was great, when we were looking at the cars we were given enough space to have a good look at them, Max who dealt with us was great, leaving us time to decide which car we wanted, he fully explained everything to us and made the process pleasant and easy.

My 2023 plate Nissan Qashqai
Picked up my 2023 plate Nissan Qashqai today after test driving it on Thursday from Nissan Widnes. I spoke to Ben Donegan on the phone before we went for a test drive and explained that I wanted an automatic but wasn't exactly sure what!. Booked a test drive in a Nissan Juke which was very nice. Ben suggested did I want to try the Qashqai as I was a bit unsure of the Juke (drove it fine but wasn't sure if the high bonnet and the semi hybrid was for me). Ben obliged and got a Qashqai epower for me to try. Absolutely loved it. From start to finish Ben could not do enough for us. Would like to thank him for his patience and going through everything with us.

I have just bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Vertu in Widnes. My car dealer was Ben Donegan. He was very kind and professional. During the test drive, he made me feel comfortable and was able to explain the cars features in detail. I would highly recommend buying a used car from Vertu in Widnes, as they are reliable and good value for money.

Great service from Tom at Widnes
Great service from Tom at Widnes, he kept me updated throughout from first ordering my Motability car to picking it up. I couldn’t find fault with anything, he explained everything to me and had all the paperwork ready which he read through explaining everything. This is my 5th Qashqai from Widnes over the years so obviously technology has upgraded each time which Tom explained to me and pointed out on a test drive. Tom is a very polite and easy going person and nothing was too much trouble I can’t thank him enough for the help and advice he’s given me. If I could give him 10 stars I would, no problem 👍🏼

Disappointing experience at Vertu Motors, Widnes with my Nissan Quashqai
My Nissan Quashqai, which was only four years old, has developed a fault with the paint adhesion to the front bumper resulting in the paint flaking. I brought this to the attention of Vertu Motors, Widnes, only to be told by Dean Carter that it was outside of warranty-which is true. He said he was not aware of this recognised adhesion fault but it is highlighted on many Nissan forums. I am very disappointed in this response. My family and I have bought all our cars from Vertu and its predecessors for over 40 years but won’t be giving them any future business. Clare D.

Purchased new Juke from Widnes Nissan
Purchased new Nissan Juke, this is my 4th new car i've bought through this dealership.
Pleasant staff especially Brian Mack who dealt with the sale, very professionally and patiently - as I have Parkinsons - and I sometimes need things explaining to me. Also to Tom who helped me with the techy side of things. In fact I did say to Brian - are you the only car salesman employed here??? As we didn't see anyone else, other than the girls on reception and James. All in all very happy with my new car and can't thank Brian enough.
