Extremely helpful
Kara, was extremely helpful picking out a car and what suited me best, explained everything thoroughly. Helped me understand the process, and when I got the car I wanted went through everything with me including all the buttons I had no clue about. The entire process was 5 stars and would suggest people go here for their mobility needs. Thanks Kara and team.

Sales Satisfaction
From the first introductory telephone call through to purchase of a new car my Sales Executive Dale Partington (Used) was both highly professional and courteous. It transpired during my visit to the showroom that after looking at used car options it was more lucrative to purchase a new one instead and in turn I benefitted from Nissan’s new car deal. Supported by James Proctor the Sales Manager, Dale was able to take me through the whole process of choosing and purchasing a new Nissan Qashqai.

Bought the car online
Bought the car online , helped by Ben and no ‘ hard sell’ . Delivery was sorted very easily and all the correct paperwork was provided . A lot less hassle than I thought it would be .

honestly cannot fault him, from start to finish he was professional, kind, patient. I haven't financed a car in years as i owned my car outright so i was quite anxious about the whole process even though i really needed a new car, dale honestly saved the day, getting me the best deal, best everything i asked of him he went above and beyond for. He is a credit to this branch. Lovely managers lovely staff, 10 out of 10. We love our new car thanks so much dale

I needed a newish car
I needed a newish car, so i went to my local vertu motor used carsales department to be welcomed by Max, one of the sales executives.
After chatting about what sort of vehicle i was looking for, ie a happy colour (not a dark colour), 4 door hatch back with a CD plyer (if possible), I looked at the available cars on screen.
I was drawn to a red VW Polo 4 door hatch back,(also CD Player), perfect for me, so i reserved it and bought it 24hrs later.
The whole selling experience was smooth, informative and fun. I would definately recommend Widnes Vertu Motors to anyone looking for a car.

Motability Scheme
It couldn't have been easier buying my new Qashqai through the Motability scheme and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it took to get the vehicle delivered.

I'd recommend Vertu Nissan Widnes because as requested a hassel free experience. I had already mentioned that I had been elsewhere and since leaving them, I was contacted everyday, servral times via phone calls, emails and texts. Which I found very intimating. Max Jones listened, took this on board and respected my wishes. He was very helpful, even if he didn't know the answer, he made sure to find out and let us know. He was friendly and professional which made the experience a pleasant one.
