We initially went in to look at a Renault 5, and we were met by Molly who was very helpful, showing us around the car and arranging a test drive.
Once we had decided to buy, the process was efficient without a hard sell on extras.
Molly carefully guided us through the process and the handover of the new car.
We were very pleased with the service provided.

Good experience at point of sale and car handover. Staff were friendly and professional and paperwork dealt with efficiently. Care was taken to show functions of the car. Car is in good condition and runs well.

Would like to praise Will new car sales at Vertu Renault, Sherwood Nottingham, he was very welcoming from day 1 , told him my needs ordered car Renault clio alpine, within the hour,
Was kept updated right through to picking up car Monday 9th March,
He even made it a special day by covering over the car , so we couldn't peek at it , until ready to drive away
