Poor customer service
Car was in for a routine service. Needed follow up work but it was not made clear at the time, so after various emails and phone calls it had to be booked in 2 weeks later instead of being done during the service. Booked a while you wait appointment that should have been 1 hour but ended up waiting over 2 hours. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating and I won't be going back there unfortunately.

Salesman Ben was really helpful and reassuring from start to the finish. He patiently answered all my questions and made the whole process less onerous as this was the first car purchase since the lost of my late husband.

Used car purchase
Picked up our car yesterday, we are delighted with it. We dealt with Anthony who made buying the car easy for us, everything was prepared, lovely man to deal with. Management things were managed through Jeff. All went straight forward.

Thank you Gregg and Geoff for looking after us so well. I'm already very pleased with my new Corsa.
Despite the hassle and the impact on my blood pressure, Peugeot/Gateway inadvertently did us a favour by reneging on our agreement last minute. We now have a higher spec car at a better price and the dealership experience has been so much more welcoming.
