Easy ride to purchasing a T-ROC
From the start of our enquiry into purchasing a used VW T-ROC we felt comfortable and at ease discussing the merits, condition and appointment timing. All of our enquiries were treated honestly and candidly with follow ups in good time if the answers were not to hand. On the day of purchase 2 x very minor body defects were rectified within 1 hour by the team to my full satisfaction. We were a distant buyer and felt that the sales person briefed us on how the warranty system worked and assured us that the distance would not be an issue. No qualms in recommending a visit to Vertu to any of my family and friends.

Krupa was great and went above and…
Krupa was great and went above and beyond in helping me choose my new car. Initially I wanted to lease a car and even though this particular VW branch didn’t offer that she still offered to show me around and test drive cars to help me choose, without any pressure.

Unhappy Motability Customer refused deposit refund!!
As a motability customer I had a great service with the original sales guy Paul. However, Paul left and I rang to change colour then cancel as I decided against having the VW ID.4 for personal reasons as well as a sad sudden impending passing of my grandmother. The new guy dealing with me, called Ryan firstly was really not that friendly on the phone, just literally a 2 min conversation and didn't seem like he really wanted to help.
When i advised the compassionate reasons and he advised as i changed the first order but 1 day later rang to cancel the full order he advised that I was basically messing them around and he would not be returning my deposit of £250 and had no care, compassion or empathy for my circumstances. I advised I would call motability for advice and he said go on then as they will only ring us anyway and was very off hand with me as i advised I wasn't happy at all.
Motability have logged the dealership and the problems I've had to keep an eye on what happens in the future. I feel like they really don't care about my situation and have no compassion for my awful circumstances.

A huge thank you to Laurence Davies at Vertu Volkswagen Nottingham South for making the whole process of finding my new T-Roc so easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never put any pressure on me. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly the right car.

Lawrence talked us through the whole process with lots of patience - he was just the right mix of sales of sales ( we bought all of the extras) and understanding that we could get finance at half of your interest rate via our bank.

After having some issues with my company car which was booked in at another VW dealership, I requested a hire car through my fleet company, the guys dropped off a Cupra hybrid which was fine, after a week the Cupra developed an issue with the 12v battery which meant the alarm kept going off, typically it was a Friday evening, I was advised to call the roadside assistance on the key tag, they came and went without fixing the issue, Ben my contact who dropped off the car from VWFS said he didn't work weekends, I was due to go away in the car the following week but unable to use it due to the faulty battery. As the roadside recovery didn't fix the issue, Ben very professionally offered to sort this out on his day off, I want to say a massive thank you to Ben for sorting this out, he went over an above to exchange the hire car over the weekend, VWFS you have a star employee.
