I believe buying a new car can be a stressful experience, as you want to make sure you find the right car at a reasonable price with everything you are looking for.
I would like to thank Matt for making the whole process much calmer and easier. He maintained excellent communication throughout, and when we met in person for the viewing and purchase process, he made everything straightforward and stress-free.

Popped into look at a new Golf on the Tuesday, was driving a stunning 26 plate away on the Thursday. Meghan in sales was very knowledgeable, energetic and more importantly non pushy. She went above and beyond to get me a great deal.

Paul boyd at VW Vertu Nottingham South made the whole experience excellent when we swapped our 24 plate VW Tiguan Life for a brand new Tiguan Elegance. Great customer service, excellent communication throughout our purchase and Paul was super understanding even when I bombarded him with questions and queries! He took the time to make the event special for us and made us feel like VIP customers when we collected the car. He even spent time explaining all the new tec the elegance has to offer which is no mean feat as we are not tec wizards! Bravo Vertu Nottingham South, we will of course be returning customers in the future!
