My company got VetRec for all clinicians and is now the only authorized AI to help us write records. I wasn't very enthusiastic of the change since I was using ScribbleVet well for my own records. I initially was having lots of issues with ScribbleVet to get it to give me the proper formatting and adjust the templates as I wanted them. Then, I got a message from the rep Jenny Steffens, who got me in contact with Paola Perez-Padilla, who has been a blessing! She took care of putting all my templates together, exactly the way I wanted them. She also has been teaching me who to use the tool better (how to properly record/dictate the records). Now, 95% of my records come out almost perfect (you know, it's still AI, so needs proofreading and adjustments if the recordings are not clear). I will recommend this AI assistant 100% WITH the help of one of their representatives, without their representatives (especially Paola) I would not have been able to make it work well. Their team is also super helpful and responsive, if Paola is not available to help me with an issue that comes up with a record, any of the other people of their team, jumps in, ready to help, and it's super fast. I did not experience that with ScribbleVet at all.

Since it's inception years ago, Vetrec has always been on top of the latest and greatest in innovation. Their customer support is next level, prompt, and always resolves my issues. Most of the time they know of an issue before I do and it's fixed by the time I realize it! I couldn't function without Vetrec in my life, it has saved me countless hours to where I can give my all to my patients and more importantly to my family. I don't stay late doing records, I'm always home on time and my records are thorough to where nothing is ever missed. If you haven't tried Vetrec you need to now. They trump all other platforms, which I've seen firsthand. They are the real superheroes of our industry!!

Vetrec overall does an adequate job of summarizing conversations, although sometimes adds verbage that is unnecessary and makes the summaries confusing
