I ordered online for products that appeared to be in stock. I then received a voice mail from a phone number my phone tagged as suspected spam telling me one item was out of stock and I needed to call. I checked the website number first and called. Very bad line and difficult to understand. I asked them to email me, no email sent. After a second call I advised the change in my order but they would only take my credit card over the phone. I asked for an email invoice but they will not do this. Dodgy and not safe in a world of credit card fraud. I was given a refund for the out of stock product, which I still need to buy, but I can't trust their website to know if items are in stock so may have to go through this all over again. Be very wary of ordering off their website.

I ordered advocate flea treatment and some how nextgard was in my basket (which I definitely did not order as my dog has reacted to Nextgard) and payment went through and the customer service was not so great, told me I had to pay for their mistake with paying for posting it back!! This is not my fault, their website is dodgy all there email's went to my junk mail so I had no idea until it arrived (in rather unprofessional packaging)

I didn't get my parcel. Checked with the vetsupply and they said courier has delivered and asked me to go to the courier company. I checked with the courier company, they said it is delivered and asked me to check with the vet supply. Firstly, I have never got notified that my parcel is delivered. Secondly, the parcel was placed in the unsafe place (my mailbox is next to the busy street). When I requested to log a complaint, vetsupply said as the parcel is delivered, they cannot log a complaint. This is disappointing company and service.

I have used vetsupply.com.au several times. They are always a great price with good products and quickly arrive well packaged.

Ok , it would have been 5* because the delivery was extremely fast.
It got 4 stars as the product I wanted was unavailable ( and it now looks like will no longer be on offer. I wanted Revolution Blue which covered my neighbours cats within having to worry if they have grown past the 4 kg, or 5 kg mark. I buy the largest Revolution for my two as they are 8 and 9 kg( that’s conservative estimate at this point) and I am happy with that product. Revolution is a great product that covers pretty much everything you need to be covered. However the spot on for smaller cats that is now divided into number of weight categories is a lot more expensive the Revolution Blue was.
I have ordered Advocate for under 4kg and hope the young male is still in that category. If he passes that he will have to have different weight spot on the his mother, which will be a pain in ordering two separate products. Advocate will do the job, hopefully. And as I said it was incredibly fast delivery.

The goods were delivered in excellent condition and very promptly. Advocate for cats is excellent as it kills fleas and worms including Lungworms. The price was good and the shipping was free.
