How To Use Vevox

We put on a series of Staff Dev workshops at the University and asked Brogan would she mind running a session on using Vevox.
She did a brilliant and professional job, which made us feel at ease and well informed by the end of the session.

Excellent Training

The training that Brogan provided was excellent. I use Vevox regularly and find it a great product for use in higher education. The recent developments seem to have made things even better.

The involvement on vevox for the new user

The involvement on vevox for the participants was really effective. As we could also see what the organiser could see on screen.
Although it was hard to keep up with what was being said at times as the session was fast paced. I felt unable to ask to go back a little to be able to catch up.

Vevox Product Review

Vevox is a very useful tool for our business - our association holds yearly events with over 200 people in attendance, and Vevox's interactive polling software allows us to keep the attendees engaged during presentations. The easy-to-use survey functionality of Vevox has helped us to obtain valuable feedback from our events.

Easy to use solution

I have used vevox on several occasions.
Here are the Pros:
• Cool is the unique session ID. Users are kept logged in and can follow the discussion without much distraction. When a new poll is started it just pops up on the smart phone. *This is a big plus*
• customer support is excellent
• It is the fist time I used a powerpoint plug-in. I like the integration.

Here are the Cons:
• Removing and reinserting a poll in Powerpoint could be more straightforward, since polls appear twice in the backend and have to be deleted manually in this case.
• Each poll results in two slides, one for the acutal polling and one for the results. If this is something to be discussed depends on individual preference.

Overall, this is a nice and lean solution suitable for most tasks. Still, I see some room for improvement.

Excellent tool for professionals

I give 40+ professional presentations to different groups a year and use Vevox for every one of them. It is a fantastic tool to gauge audience comprehension, solicit feedback and provides real-time information so that you can customize your presentation as you go. Highly recommend!

Improves our delegates participation
