Fun tool for teaching

This is a fun tool for teaching. Quizzes are customisable and very reasonably intuitive to set-up. Customers service is quick - a real person available via chat within a few minutes.

The product worked well and the…

The product worked well and the onboarding support provided in advance was very effective. Enya helped us think through the best use of the Vevox tools for our event given what we wanted to accomplish and what would be feasible for program delivery. She was patient with our questions and was committed to ensuring that we were comfortable with how the tools would work and what we needed to have in place for onsite.

Great platform and Great Demo

I used vevox in a previous job and thought it was a great platform then. However, in my new role I've been looking into vevox again as a way to make our webinars more engaging and professional looking. I had a demo with Dominic, who was absolutely brilliant at showing all the ways vevox has evolved even in the one year that I haven't been using it. He was super friendly and energetic and made the value of vevox clear, while also providing plenty of help guides and information to help me get started should I wish to. Thanks Dominic!

Simple to configure and very reliable to use

My experience with Vevox has been very positive. I had no trouble configuring my polling tool with the questions I had planned and the personalised design. We had two types of question, multiple choices and ranked choice, and they all worked perfectly. The ability to duplicate a poll allowed me to create it in a second language without having to start from scratch. Exporting data in Excel format is very simple and the information can be used instantly. The customers appreciated the interaction and were able to participate actively in our event, which provided the expected dynamic. I recommend Vevox and will use it again as soon as I get the chance.

Brilliant for student engagement

I use Vevox in my teaching and the students absolutely love it. They always interact with the quizzes (usually using their smartphones), which are great for breaking up the session and making it more interactive. From a teacher perspective, I get an overview of how the cohort is performing. From a student perspective, they have an idea of how well they are performing compared to their peers (and their response is kept anonymous).

Impressive customer service & consultative approach

My team and I were impressed with the service we got from Vevox. On reaching out with an enquiry, we received replies back within a day.

I had very specific questions to ascertain the suitability of Vevox for a client program we wanted to run. Joe and Dom from the Vevox team answered my questions directly, succinctly and promptly. I felt like I was speaking to people who knew their stuff and understand how to talk about what their product can offer. Importantly, they were able to provide suggestions on how to utilize their platform, and solutions to achieve our goals.

Particularly appreciate Dom who jumped onto a demo with us last minute, spending an hour helping us to understand Vevox’s functionalities. This gave us good insights into the platform’s capabilities, which went a long way towards enabling us to build a solid experience for our client event.

Most of all, I was pleasantly surprised by Dom’s approach in understanding our objectives and program design, before answering any technical questions. As a consultant myself, this to me is a definitive aspect of our experience that makes Vevox stand out.

If only all service platforms were as responsive and helpful!

Vevox is great for classrooms!

It's pretty easy to use. My students like it The features I pay for are affordable for the way I use the product. My only negative is that you cannot import text files with questions and that you need to type them in or copy/paste them in manually.

Great comms

Great comms with Vevox. Speedy response to my request for a demo then a very informative session with Dom. Seems like a great product with lots of useful functionality, although I haven't tried and tested it thoroughly.
