Outstanding Customer Experience

Outstanding first line support from Kate and then by the second line support, Kyle! Just few minutes after my first call, Kate was able to set up a call with Kyle who kindly explained the issue, solved it and then provided me with extra tips!

Good communication and resolution

I highlighted an issue with the Latex output, and the company resolved it quickly, within a few days. The communication was excellent throughout. The response was very professional.

Awesome customer service

I had a hiccup while integrating polling slides into a PowerPoint presentation and contacted Vevox's customer service representative for help. She replied within an hour despite being six hours ahead of me, identifying useful help guides and offering a videoconference to look at my problem in real time. On our call, she showed me what I was doing wrong and quickly got me back on track. I am happy with the Vevox product, and delighted with the exceptional customer service.

Great service during and after

I used Vevox services for a year and liked them. I no longer needed it and realized it had renewed for an additional year. The Vevox team reached out to me and helped me get my payment reversed without trouble.

Our third year of using Vevox

Our third year of using Vevox, the team are faultless, so incredibly helpful and accommodating. The system is also super easy to use, very brandable, and works perfectly for our annual conferences, as well as smaller workshops throughout the year.

Great onboarding support and advice…

Great onboarding support and advice from Dom. Vevox works well natively in PowerPoint and has some neat features like Pin on Image that I couldn't find elsewhere. Quite easy to use after a little practice, and very simple for respondents. Top job!

The process of setting this up was pretty easy but i did have a bit of a communication issue with the customer service personnel i spoke with. We resolved it in time though. Overall, great presentation service. Will be using it again with my team.

Helpful customer service

I wasn't sure whether Vevox would be the right solution for my team, and contacted customer services via live chat. They were incredibly helpful and have me a temporary free version so I could have a look at the software in more detail. Couldn't fault the service.
