Now my second month having via make my orders and and I LOVE IT! 🤩 My customers always post pictures of their orders and they always look exactly how I wanted them packaged. Can’t wait for mascaras.

The products are great, and they make it pretty easy to create, but the cost has been getting higher, to the point that it is hard to make a profit. There are also issues with communication in the app dashboard. You never know if the information your are looking at is accurate, which makes it hard calm down concerned customers when you can't even accurately explain to them what is going on with their order. I'm starting to look at different companies.

I really enjoy this site, its fun to use and allows me to be creative. Its had a lot of updates which has made everything go a lot more smoothly than before and the speed problem has been resolved.

The website is soooooooo slow.........minutes to load, cannot edit themes. Overall just having the worst experience. I was happy to start my business, even when I had Shopify, VG was still having the same problems.
I have no issues contact the support team but the problems still exist. Even when I go to my store online, it loads slow and/or error. How embarrassing is this, and a waste of my money.

Do not use this company if you don't want to wait a full month for your customer to receive their orders. I notified them multiple times that for 5 out of 7 of my orders it took anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks to get to the customer. They go for days ignoring your messages and it isn't until you are angry someone finally responds with mediocre resolution and apology in an attempt to keep your business. I am going to research other companies to see if I can find something better that doesn't upset my customers because they are waiting and waiting and waiting while I am trying to get via glamour to even respond to me if at all.

they are very long to answer emails, there are all the time problems on the site, the production of a small product even takes several days and finally they advertise new features but they bring them back each time, lack of Opportunities

I am so happy that I have found this company. Always wanted to start my own business and be my own boss. Love how easy it is to set things up and love that they are adding some more new things for us. I am new to this and cant wait to start selling :) thank you so much to ViaGlamour for helping me and many others to start our own businesses without the hassle :)

The packaging looked exactly like I imagined it would and the lipsticks were great. Speedy postage as well only took two days to get my samples.

Amazing customer service! I just started working with viaglamour on my line, and I’m already impressed with how good my experience has been. I am so looking forward to continuing to do business with them. Also, shout out to Kiera for being amazing!!!

I like viaGlamour and there’s products but I have come across a few problems.
1. The website I created loads so so so slow, it takes about 3 minutes to load and I only have 4 products listed. I wish it would load quicker.
2. They are horrible at responding to emails. I have emailed them and they responded once and never replied back to my response. I have gotten in touch with the owner of viaGlamour and my account manager and none of them have responded.
3. They need to have bigger palettes. I feel like 5 shades isn’t enough. They need 9,12,15, and 18 shades at least.
4. Their foundation shades sucks. I feel like they need a bigger shade range. At least 30-40 shades. The diversity lacks and it’s sad.
5. The concealer shade range sucks too. It’s very small and some of the colors are true to color . Neither is the foundation.
6. They need more products. Maybe makeup brushes and more cosmetics.
Overall everything else is fine .

Started my line a few months ago with the help of Via glamour, and was really easy to work with. There have been a few issues with hairs and black particles on brand new out of the box lipsticks and issues with taking weeks for them to approve designs for the products. But overall has been a fun journey to work with them and can't wait to see where this takes me.

I can’t recommend Viaglamour enough! They have an amazing platform and they are always looking at ways of improving your experience. They have exceptional communication so your never stuck in the deep end. Great quality products that also smell amazing! I’m very excited for my little business adventure!

It’s only been 2 months since I discovered and started working with viaGlamour to create my own makeup brand. My account manager has been nothing short of amazing, efficient, & prompt with any questions I’ve had. I chose ViaGlamour to help me launch my own makeup brand, and I have not been dissapointed. There is so much creative control on my side and I love the products and packaging. Getting in contact with my account manager is never in issue and I typically receive a response within minutes. All in all, I am very happy with ViaGlamour!

The process was pretty easy to follow I was lost at times but the viaGlamour team was only an email away and would help me if I had any problems. The actual products were great and I really loved the quality. The packing was exactly what I wanted.
